I’ve been in this store a few times now and my most recent visit has been the most positive. I wish I got her name, but one of the floor staff employees was full of laughter. The manager was also a hoot and I just felt like I could walk around the store cracking jokes and exchanging smiles every time they checked on me. I really felt taken care of. They even went to the extent with helping me coordinate outfits for an upcoming event. The store is clean and well organized. Also always have a good time shuffling through their sales rack. I went in around the afternoon before rush hour.

So rude. I got to the store about 10 minutes before it apparently closes at 6? oddly early and the doors were already locked. I knocked and two different associates walked into view, looked at me, made faces, and then walked away without otherwise acknowledging me. I just wanted to make a return and there were about 10 women clearly still shopping inside You would think a store that caters to professionals would hire the same ilk

The DC store net well organized much nicer than one in pentagon city. staff were very welcoming. They do have stylest which is blessing.

The selection is outstanding compared to even the outlets. I scored a lovely outfit for under the cost of what I found at Potomac mills. Staff turned my terrible day into a joyful day.

FRAUD ALERT! Ordered pants to be picked up at the store. Never received a confirmation that the order was ready for pick up, but then received an email that my order was picked up! My card has been charged, and it is impossible to reach them to sort out the issue. Beware!

Always good customer service. I want there in a pinch... needed a clean top after an accidental spill. They were super helpful. The selection was not disappointing and the service was impeccable.

A lovely person attempted to help me but was unable as I tried to return items. Apparently the phrase you may return to any ANN Taylor were incorrect on the instructions. It was a nice walk though!

Love this store. They have very nice stuff and the people working there are absolutely always friendly. And have very good suggestions

Great customer service, a variety of pieces to mix and match, plus reasonable prices. Oh and student or teacher discounts too!

They close at 5pm on Sunday. NOT 6pm. The employees will be sure to purposely and openly ignore you at the door at 5:01pm so make sure to get there in time.
