Ann Taylor

Good collection of clothes but unfriendly staff. There was no customer in the store when I walked in and 5 staff members, so clearly they were not busy with other customers. When asked for help on a cute sweater in the store they ignored. I have had better luck at other Ann Taylor stores.

Very friendly staff. Megan was great helping me with my Ann Taylor card application. The store also has many different styles- more so than at the Galleria.

There are good quality and stylish clothes, but the prices are a bit high.

Ann Taylor does not sell good quality clothing anymore. Everything is very cheap looking despite the high price tag.

This store still remains chic and classy. Glad they are still around in spite of the pandemic

Awful customer service, manager is the worst. Messy store, most of the price are wrong and not updated.

For men accompanying their wives, this particular store isn't the most suitable for waisting time while waiting for your significant other to finish trying on everything listed as "final sale"

Staff is rude, unfriendly and unhelpful! Never returning to this store!
