rude and not helpful, anyways the stores are closing....not sure why they want to upset loyal customers. Maybe Ann Taylor doesn't care

The store is much smaller now than it was 5 yrs ago, the quality of fabrics is mch worse, the customer service in this store and online/phone declined significantly ....why do i still shop there.? Probably just a habit ...occasionally one finds a decent piece of clothing worth spending money for.

Staff very helpful

Customer service was basically nonexistent and they have a very small inventory. This was very disappointing because they had great service several years ago.i

Okay, but go to the store at Stanford instead.
