Anna Soiree

Anna Soiree is an awesome store for wedding and other special event needs. They have plenty of gift options along with a really professional print team that can produce everything from invitations to signage for your special event. I picked up a really cute gift there and saw their huge selection of custom invitations. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well!

Terrible customer service. My item arrived damaged, but I didn't find out until closer to my wedding date, as I left it AS PACKAGED, after removing only the bubble wrap to look at the wording, I left the cardboard corners specifically to protect it. When I finally took the cardboard corners off to place it on a stand for the wedding, I noticed how bent the top right corner was. I contacted the shop but she took no responsibility and offered no concession. All I requested was a *partial* refund because now I have to go buy a frame that covers the bent edge, instead of using the frame I had already purchased for it. It was purchased several months ago, but people spend a year or more planning a wedding and that is to be expected. It was stored in bubble wrap, in the box, in my Mother's home where she lives alone. It arrived damaged, as it wasn't packed with enough cushion for the postal service to handle it, and she offered nothing but "sorry". Cute sign, terrible service.
