I have been a customer at this store for several years now and I must say that a recent visit this last weekend was less than expected. Having looked around the store at all the items I first noticed that none of them have the price indicated on the tags anywhere. I looked at a jacket that I had seen online and knew the price from the web site, but I thought it was a bit too formal for day wear. After some time I decided on a different jacket and thinking it would be in the same price range. When it was finally rung up I was somewhat shocked at the price as well as that there had not been any discount as was usually the case. possibly because the manager was too busy to assist me and left the purchase to a new employee? I decided to take it with me and try it on with suitable trousers since I had only slipped it on over my dress while in the store. I tried it with a pair of black trousers and it just didn't "wow" me for the price and I decided I would return it. I was stunned to find out that this store does not accept returns even with the garment in pristine condition, original tissue and bag, with receipt! I was offered in store credit knowing that I do not live in the area!! This information is not mentioned anywhere in the store or on the receipt. If I had ordered online I would receive a 10% discount and I could return it for a full refund within 14 days. After I figure out how to use my in store credit I will most likely not shop at this store again or just purchase through the web site. :
I was not familiar with the Anne Fontaine boutique in vegas, but after their generosity for the Nevada Ballet and had to go visit. The best designs and the blouses, which they are very know for were simply fabulous. The GM, Ann and other sales staff are so helpful. Truly a hidden Gem
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I've never seen an employee be so down to earth and sweet. Highly recommend for good service!
Walked in and was looking for a couple of items I had seen online to purchase. I like to purchase from the retail stores. The salesperson was on the phone and never acknowledged me. I looked around the store for about 10-15 minutes and waited…nothing… very poor customer service.
I'm sure Anne is a lovely lady and her boutique is undoubtedly enjoyed by everyone who is lucky enough to visit. After the inspirational "Atlantis Show" I proceeded towards the mall exit only to be greeted with a typographical oddity. Following a run on capital A's a large number of "Las Vegas Aardvark" stores perhaps? Anne's sign-maker bucked convention by using low-case A's nestled amongst their grown-up capitalized colleagues; Her esteemed shop declaring itself to be "aNNE FONTaINE". There are a considerable number of local LAS VEGAS signs, if we all held a collection perhaps we could purchase a couple of the capital A's and donate them to Ms Fontaine to rebrand her shop as ANNE FONTAINE. I for one would sleep better at night.
An amazing boutique by far the most exquisite experience anyone can have.
Excellent Staff!
Loved the designs
