Had an issue with my AC, turns out I needed a whole new furnace and AC unit. From start to finish this company was great to work with. Brook came out to do the service call, Jake was my sales rep, and DREW and TANNER did the install. All of these employees did an exceptional job and represented their company well. I posted this review last week but it got removed, though I’m not sure why because it was an honest review and I tried to make it respectful. So I’ll try again. The people at Anthony are very nice. We have been using them for all of our service needs since we moved into our home over 3 years ago. The problem with Anthony is the pricing. We have had multiple issues arise that Anthony has either resolved or quoted us on that we felt were more expensive but we have gone through them regardless. Recently we had them quote us for replacing our sewer line. The quote came back at $20,000. We expressed that we could not afford $20,000 and asked if there were any other options, such as spot repair, but were told that replacing the entire line was the only way to go. We called a different company who was able to come out later the same day and was appalled by the quote we were given by Anthony. They ran their camera down and told us that they agreed that the only solution, based on the layout of our line, was to replace the entire line. But they quoted us at a max of $12,500. Nearly $8,000 less than Anthony. I don’t know what restrictions Anthony has, if any, or what amazing tools this other company has, if any… but that is a significant difference in price. Again, the people have always been friendly and helpful, but there are definitely companies out there that can do the same things for way less money.

We had a small small leak in the cold water valve and needed a drain installed because the old one was too corroded to remove ourselves. Our plumber was amazing, he was personable and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes… unfortunately we will never be using Anthony PHCE ever again due to $443 bill that was charged to us for the job, absolute highway robbery. Also, we had to sign up for their $16/month “subscription” or else the bill would have been $500+… the quick fix and great service was refreshing but not worth the price.
