These people were so good to us. We went in and purchased some plates and bowls, they were short a few so they called 3 different stores for us and got us exactly what we wanted. Helped us order from the other stores and had everything shipped right to our house. So helpful.
I’m really disappointed about this location! Especially, about manager Lisa! When I came to check out she looked at me like I’m not deserve to speak with her. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life like in this situation! She was so rude with me and when I asked her to speak with a manager, she told me that she is a manager! What??? I though manager is supposed to help customers but this manager obviously doesn’t know anything about how to speak with customer! I’m really disappointed about customer service! P.s. please review manager work!
Customer service at Anthropology Christiana is abysmal at best. I couldn’t help but notice that the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff depended on the complexion of the customer. I was made to feel like a miscreant the whole time. Seems like there is some implicit stereotyping going on there. I will address it with their corporate office. Incidentally, I also shopped at Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, and Sephora and was met by friendly helpful staff. Shame on you Anthropologie.
Going to this Anthro is such a treat! Employees are USUALLY very attentive, and the selection the store curates is very eclectic—albeit expensive—but you’re bound to find something you like. The sale section is often pretty robust, as well.
The quality of service here was really a dissapointment. Clearly the company’s processes are unorganized, and it makes simple things a hassle. Don’t use their pick up in store feature. They will give your items away without asking for ID and if there is an issue thy won’t try and fix it.
There's nothing about this store I dont like, innovative, electric, electric. Abit of a one stop shopping experience. Hope this store never leaves the mall. It's a so Now Philly type of New York vibe thing going on.
Being a former employee for the company, I am highly disappointed in the customer service, especially on such a slow day. I walked in and wasn’t greeted. I continued to walk around thinking one of the associates would ask if I needed assistance, but they didn’t. They recognized me and didn’t speak, but spoke to the much older white customer base. I even walked out and two associates were standing by the door, looked at me, and didn’t say anything as I walked out. This is more frustrating considering I went to the mall to go specifically there, and the service was terrible. Only going to the one in Center City from now on.
Very friendly, sweet and helpful sales associates. The only thing is in the matter of stockwise its not big. Sale item area is small too in store. Store itself is very organized.
Always a neat place to go for seeing things more on the artsie-fartsie side. Nice stuff that is very unique. Too expensive for my taste
