Stopped in tonight to look at some dinnerware with my wife. She instantly fell in love with a set from Portugal. Not only were the pieces beautiful, they were also 20% off an already reasonable price. Here’s where I really want you to pay attention: MEGAN AND HER TEAM WERE EXCEPTIONAL IN THE ART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Someone please give this young lady a raise! She made sure that we got the full 39 pieces we were looking for. Not only did she take them to the front counter for us, she and her team carefully wrapped each piece and packed them securely for us. They also helped carry the large haul out to our vehicle! I cannot express how rare this kind of customer service is and how impressed I was by her cheerful demeanor. My wife and I will always come here first from now on, when we are looking for new pieces for the kitchen.
Great place! I’ve worked there for 1.5 years and love the environment. Our guests are great and our management helps out and doesn’t just stand around.
I love this store. I shop here five to seven times a month. The quality, Customer Service is excellent.
Friendly staff!!! All around My mother bought a pair of jeans here on her birthday St Patrick's Day and the staff wished her a happy birthday turns out one of the staffs birthday was a day before.
They changed the music and their merchandise is absolutely beautiful.

I purchased a couple of lovely items the other day. Everyone working there was so dry and helpful. The store is beautiful, but I was shocked to see it a bit empty.
Anthropologie notifies me my pickup order is ready a little after 10 AM. I get to the store at about 11:30 AM. There is a sign on the door that says closed for cleaning. This seems like something we should have done before opening, and not immediately after opening but okay I’ll wait. I use Anthropologie’s website to notify them I’m here for pickup. 20 minutes goes by and nothing. I take a peek inside. There is no one inside cleaning anything. I call the store number and no one answers. I try this repeatedly and no one answers the phone. At this point, I call corporate to explain the situation. He says that he was able to get in touch with the store and that they were occupied and would bring my order out in about 30 minutes. This is after I explained that I had already been waiting for 30 minutes. I tell him this is unacceptable. I call corporate back and get a different representative who tells me there is nothing they can do except cancel the order or reschedule it. This is around noon on a Saturday. My order aside, what company would find this type of behavior acceptable? I essentially received a nice big middle finger from Anthropologie. I truly appreciate it.
Love this place! Great service, funky and unique items that I don't find elsewhere. It has items for the home and bohemian style fashions. The only thing is it's pricey.
I wish I can post 5 star review but the customer service couldnt care less if rhey get back the merchandise because of an address error... mind you they were final sales... exact words were "we cant make address corrections once order is placed." So sad that Customer Service doesnt mean customer service...
