I went today for my first laser hair treatment and could not be happier with the result. You begin the appt with a consultation. They explain EVERYTHING to you, they’re extremely professional and polite. The office is welcoming and inviting, the receptionists are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The technicians/nurses are excellent! I could not be more pleased with my experience there, I cannot wait for my next appointment. I will recommend them to everyone, they make an experience that is somewhat awkward and unpleasant completely tolerable and comfortable. FIVE STARS!!

Sadly this place was so rude. I actually would drive a hour out of my way from this place. Which I never minded. Yet I went for my 3rd laser treatment and the lady begins to tell me that they gave me lasers that are no where near the strength I needed and made the impact of the laser a higher strength? On my 3rd treatment... so over 250$ later my first two treatments were wasted. I did a full face laser treatment 3 times. Nothing changed. I wanted too finish the 12 recommended treatments yet, they refused to fix the problem they did. By wasting my first 2 treatments, I even emailed to just alert them about the problem and that I was a little upset.. Leon? The owner didn't even care. Literally ignored me and than after the fact ignored all emails. So they no longer get my business after getting the money they wanted initially and never doing the job right! Super sad as I really really WANTED to love this place and no longer have problems with razor bumps and shaving. Looks like I gotta research a new place!

Super friendly staff and owners, clean facilities, and a warm and inviting environment. The nurses are all very knowledgeable and answered my endless questions with patience and care. They made me feel very comfortable. I have had numerous laser treatments and each one has been a pleasant experience. I have also had a massage here and it was lovely too. I highly recommend their services!
