It’s ok food. The portions are huge but it’s lacking flavor. The beans and the rice are not good. Rice sticky and beans not seasoned. The chicharones were old and too fried. Everything else is what you can expect from an ok Colombia resturant. The steak and the plantains were good. I ordered from Uber eats. Quantity isn’t quality.
The empanadas were mediocre at best, the pollo encebollado was more like a stew, full of liquid. The pechuga empanizada was also mediocre and extremely plain. The yuca was straight up less than mediocre. Also apparently the picante unlike other places is not free, 50 cents each, didn’t realize until I saw the receipt and they’re filled up like halfway. Ordered about $100 bucks worth of food from here and regret it.
place was great, but the empanadas were not too good, I found a whole potato in mine, and there is absolutley no meat.Food: 2/5
Great affordable Colombian dishes. I love there homemade hot sauce that's readily available on the table.Food: 5/5
The food was delicious the staff was very friendly place very clean .Food: 5/5
I grew up in this town so I used to go often but I stopped for some reason and forgot why. UNTIL their waitress tried to over charge me $9 extra with 5$ being a tip for herself only to take a order over the phone. She didn't have to do nothing but ring up a recipt.Food: 3/5
Wanted to dine in, but apparently it was now accepting take aways only. Had some scrambled eggs with chorizo, chicken empanada and coffee to go. Loved it!
Beef was too dry to cut using knife and fork. Unbelievable, the owner and waitress insisted it was normal.
The food was not okay. The portion looks like a lot but it’s just rice. The plaintains and chicharonnes were disgusting. The meat was overcooked dry old. The only thing I liked was the beans! That’s saying something.
Arepas salpicón almojábanas empanadas morcilla jugos naturales and my boyfriend loves their empanadas every time we are in the NJ area this is our spot for my favorite Colombian food Parking: There is one parking spot right in front the restaurant in the street or you can also try parking lots no too far from it
