Clearly, the 1-star reviews are bogus. I have been using Anytime Errands for at least two years and not one comment on those reviews is accurate. Sam and his team are responsive and reliable. His couriers are professional and respectful. They have delivered packages to me at the law firm where I work and have done multiple projects for me during these past two years. Every single project was handled expertly and efficiently. I have worked in NYC for over 25 years and Anytime Errands is by far, the best well-rounded courier service I have ever used.
Anytime Errands is a fantastic service. I had a request that I thought was a bit strange--I needed someone to go out on a Sunday morning, buy a bunch of newspapers, and deliver them to my apartment building--but the owner didn't blink an eye. I was quoted a completely reasonable price, the task was completed without incident, and we were invoiced precisely according to the agreement. Throughout, communication was clear and immediate. Can't recommend them enough.
I needed a last-minute birthday gift for my brother who was working in NYC. Anytime Errands took care of the purchasing, pickup, and delivery of the gift. Both Sam and the driver, Mono, were absolute professionals, keeping me in the loop of the status of my errand. I would definitely use them again.
Paid them to pick up drycleaning. They took my clothes to someone else and brought me their clothes. It took two days for them to fix the error and bring me my clothes.
Sam has horrible customer service. Will tell you that task will be completed at a certain time and will leave you waiting and waiting. Already has done it twice to me.
So speedy and reliable! Called and organized from the west coast as a night prior service and they were so helpful. Will definitely use again!
Sam the owner made sure I received my expensive laptop gift safely and soundly to where I want it at the exact time I wanted it .this guy is a bloody genius .Defintly recommend 5/5 time 5/5 professionalism 5/5 cost
Great service! Turned around a delivery same day and sent text messages to let me know when my delivery arrived.
The customer service is horrible. No updates or anything. They give you a definite time frame and then they dont answer until the next day even though they make you pay in advance.
