This location is my favorite! When I say they have everything, I mean everything. Best music out of all the locations, equipment is always in perfect condition, when I come at 3am there is basically nobody here so I really love that part about this location. Not a fan of being around humans, kind of antisocial. People do start showing up around 4:30am - 5am. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. I do appreciate this location plus the owner and staff seemed pretty chill when I got that phone call about humans complaining about me not wearing a shirt for my last set and whatnot. No hard feelings, just weird people watch others when they should be more focused on themselves and their workout lmfao. Reason I come alone and leave when they show up. Best Location in Las Vegas and I've been to them all. Even the one in Boulder City. Stay safe and stay awesome! Thank You
They have a lot of equipment and clean stations. The men shower and restroom are both nicely done. Most important to me, the gym is clean and smells good. This is one of the gyms I'd recommend going to while I'm in town.
I am from Lubbock, TX. I was at Las Vegas for an official work for a week and used my membership here at this gym during my visit time. Nice place to workout. I was really impressed with the equipments and with their facilities available. Will definitely use this place again during my next visit.
I initially believed what a perfect fit, walking distance from my house, open 24/7, and it was lightening fast to sign up for a month when I walked in. This soon turned into an ongoing nightmare, which I'm still burdened! I signed up for a month's membership. I was not informed or asked my permission regarding auto debits on my account. I had been given a membership by a family member right before covid began, and I was unable to use it. Therefore, I figured why not try it since the pandemic had ended. They still had my info on file, so I requested a month to check it out and see if it worked for me. I used it once and realized my time ran too thin to really utilize the service, and therefore did not decide to renew. In November, I noticed my bank statement had an auto debit from Anytime Fitness??!! What in the world is going on here? It obviously had to be an error. so I contacted the store and my bank and made sure the merchant could no longer debit my account. When I finally was contacted back, they said that the membership was recurring, to which I told them I was unaware and never agreed to. The gentleman told me he was the same guy who signed me up for the membership and was taking care of it, so I was all set. Great, phew! ... then December rolls around, and what the heck?! I received an email stating that my account was past due, and I now owed them another month payment. ABCfitness was the company affiliated with handling these matters for Anytime Fitness... So I emailed them back detailing everything. They said I had to contact the store to close membership, which I did already! What is going on here. I went back and forth to supposedly resolve this, and the same thing happened again in January. At this point, I'm beside myself. What are these people doing?! I called and was told I had to contact the store directly, I do, and I'm sent in loops. Next time, the representative called the store for me and put me on hold, no problem. She ends up on the phone with the same guy, who claims he never had a conversation with me?!!!! I'm fuming at this point and requested a transcript of the phone calls between our phone numbers. That will clear this all up, no debating then necessary! I was told I would be contacted back after the request goes through, and I wouldn't be charged anymore, but I might have to settle the past due amount. Why would I pay for something never purchased or used?! That's asinine! February 2023 now... The same thing happens again. I write a formal complaint. I was given a response email that stated that the company denied any knowledge that I wanted to cancel membership and that I was a liar. I'm seriously blown away by the unethical and insulting nature of unprofessionalism. So I respond with attached proof of our correspondence over months! The next email I received is that they were no longer handling my account, and get this - SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS??!!! Unbelievable! This is how this company responds to a complaint, by retaliation when bullying doesn't work for them. I'm filing a complaint with every agency I can regarding such blatant, convoluted, negligent, underhanded, and deceitful treatment. Is commission carrying so much weight that an employee must steal and lie to clientele? What is wrong with this society lately? I realize covid was awful, but being shady will not help our economy be better. It just perpetuates the situation and our struggles. It's a choice. Do what's right, not what's strictly beneficial to your pockets. Karma catches every wrongdoer in due time. Please be cautious if you choose to do business with this company, and if you do, I hope your experience is a much better one than mine has been. Anytimefakeness is more suitable a title, in my opinion. Beware to take care. And, hold on to something that makes you smile while undergoing stressful times. It keeps us as we ought to be. Love to all of you. Can you believe I am still fighting the embellishments from this place! Why does it seem like so many businesses refuse to behave honestly these days?!
Fair, the men's bathrooms need a deep cleaning, as well as the equipment and floors. Smells of mildew in bathrooms. Hoping staff reads this and fixes the issue asap! Other than that, good place to turn up the workout!
Just signed up for this gym today and the Manager Sam is super cool and man did he make the signing up process fun and hilarious lol. Explained everything about the gym throughly and even took the time to ask me questions about my fitness goals and gave me good advice. The gym is super clean and has everything i need to get a good workout, cant wait to start tomorrow!
Signed up here today and was helped by Sam. He was welcoming, super helpful and didn’t have a hard sale approach. The gym has a boutique vibe while offering a ton of top tier machines. A+
This Gym is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Amazing equipment, great staff, and overall just an great experience. I also want to shoutout Joy!!! she been very helpful for me and made total fitness a wonderful place to visit each time
Horrible service. The female manager called me one day saying my husband and I violated the rules by not swiping both our cards to come i. I told her I was unaware of the rule and she said if we did it again there would be a $250 FINE. The next day my card wouldn't let me in, she turned it off. My husband had to go down and deal with it, which they said was a misunderstanding. No, it wasn't. Other people have left reviews on google with the same things happening to them. Once it got turned on they waited 30 days and called me again to say if i wanted to continue to use their gym I had to renegotiate the price!! When I asked to speak to the owner I was told there were not ever available. She wouldn't discuss the price they wanted to increase me to over the phone either. Why not? Because I can't say no to your face?? She kept going on and on about her state of the art gym equip. The gym is clean, I will give it that. But the equip. is average. I'm not going to use the best equip. on the planet. And the cram so many machines into the little space they have, you breathe the air of the person next to you. Its gross. Worst way to treat someone you want money from in this economy. So now I go up the street to the street to Seven Hills. Guy there is nice and says he gets all of this locations business! My home gym warned me this location would do this, it’s their M.O. Filing a complaint with the BBB and anyone else I can.
The gym is ok. A bit expensive. Cancelled my membership, but they continued to charge me for 2 months. Called the gym and got the charges refunded. 9 months after cancelling, I talked to my wife about rejoining this gym because of its proximity to home. This was 2 days ago. Today I noticed a random membership fee that was charged to my account yesterday. WTF? And they say your phone isn't listening to your conversations... 2 stars for having to call back 9 months later to get my money back... again.
