Apex Dental Care

My experience at this practice was exceptional. Dr Horng was very considerate and made the normally unpleasant trip to the dentist very pleasant and informative. He has carried out the treatment expertly and prudently. Hana, the dental hygienist, has taken her time to explain everything to me in detail and precisely during the preliminary consultation. Friendly and competent: A big praise and thank you !

I’ve gone here a couple years now and I have to say I am wondering about this place. I used to have a conservative dentist who would watch potential issues over time and then act only when absolutely necessary. He was old school and I miss him. Every time I have been to Apex, they say I need a crown, or I have a cavity. And I’m offered to get it the same day. It’s convenient, but now I find myself wondering if those treatments were necessary, or if they were to make a buck. My second crown didn’t go in right. We worked on it for several follow up visits. They ended up printing it 3 times. To their credit, they stuck to it until it was right. My partner is having issues with them with a night guard for her daughter. She waited weeks only to find it had never been sent out and now they wanted to re mold it. She asked for a refund. Each of us gets numerous redundant appointment reminders that are annoying. So in the end, I’m not sure. This place is clean and efficient, but the upsell is a concern. If I could find a good conservative dentist, I’d switch to then in a heartbeat.

Dr. Horng did an amazing job with my deep gum cleaning! It's been 5 years since I last saw a dentist and the idea of seeing a dentist gave me anxiety. Dr. Horng was very patient and understanding, gave me a thorough explanation of what I need to do to better my dental health, and did an excellent cleaning job. They look AMAZING now. Cannot recommend enough!

Stay away from them. They will bill you for things that they say were covered by your insurance and turns out it's not. They will also try to sell you on certain surgeries/services - first they offered me a price. When I said I'd think about it, they lowered it by $250 if I agreed to do it on the same day. What the heck? This office treats dental services as a for-profit scam and certainly not for "care". I will be reporting them to the respective government agencies responsible for their oversight in addition to my local elected representative. STAY AWAY!

This place wants your money!! They are predatory in making appointments. Every time a family member goes in there is a cavity, 2 of my family were told they needed a mouth guard. After taking impressions, the mouth guard never came. I have asked for my money back. I will not be going back. I won’t go back to this place.

Great experience. I went in after having braces for many years and I needed a lot of work done. The dental assistant Marleigh was amazing the whole way and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Horng made sure I knew all my options. He did my extraction, root canal and 2 crowns and I haven’t had any problems since.

Painless extraction! Everything went so smooth! And the Inplant I got looks fantastic!!!!! 100% would recommend!

I'm super big on customer service, this dentist office makes every step of the process superb!! Making my anxiety on full relax mode was the key for me. Amanda and Briana talked me off the edge which made the nervous vanish for the initial visit. I'm not a routine visitor as I should be but I felt no judgment as I did from other dentist offices!! Thankful for tedious attention from the dental assistance that carried me along the way, finally found a place that can handle my nerves and teeth neglect kindly. Thank you all again!!!

I had an AMAZING & FIVE STAR experience at Apex Dental Care! Dr. Roberto Alemán is extremely kind and will make you feel so comfortable! I’ve had negative experiences with dentists before, but he ensured that everything with him would be painless and it truly was! He made me feel right at home . Dr. Mike, did my root canal. He, Dr. Alemán, and Dr. Hong were incredible. They were all extremely transparent and communicative about options and pricing. One of the receptionists, Priyana, was LOVELY to talk to on the phone. Love ALL the receptionist staff there. GO HERE FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT!

Going to the dentist is always a last minute thought until something happens. So thank you Amanda for helping me without judgment and to both doctors that seen me the other day as well. No judgement zone is what made this experience so likable for me. Will definitely be going here for my cleanings and care from now on.
