Raj and Chelsea at Apex Marble have been amazing and helpful. They will listen to all your needs and help you identify right slabs for you. I also used their services to install slabs in my kitchen. And they were very quick to provide me a date and stick to it. They are very professional and you can expect good quality work from Apex Marble. And their prices are quite reasonable, both material and labor. I will certainly use their services for any remodeling work in future.

Apex called us several months after the installation and wanted to charge us $1,150 more for more complicated work or something. We paid the entire balance before the installation and there was zero communications about incremental charges throughout the entire process. With this kind of logic and practice, Apex can just invent new charges and bill us whenever they want. Also, we purchased 2 slabs for approximately $3,000 each. Half of the slab was unused from this job. I checked several times with Apex whether we can have the remaining slab that we paid for. No response. Complete silence.

Adriana has been immensely helpful to us in choosing countertops and backsplashes. I came in stressed and uncertain after visiting other vendors. Adriana walked us through choices, listened to our needs, led us through options, and, ultimately, we decided to buy other products through Adriana because we had such confidence and comfort working with her. We’ve made some changes to our order along the way and she has been patient and warm with us through it all, and has handled the changes quickly and efficiently. Apex has stunning and varied products to choose from and, with Adriana on board to help find the right options for us, we feel like we struck gold! Absolutely great customer service provided from purchase of our granite countertop to installation. We also purchased porcelain tiles from them. I highly recommend visiting the showroom from a great selection.

Having looked around multiple shops in the Bay Area we finally decided to go with Apex Marble for granite and marble purchases for our whole house renovation. They have great selection and very reasonably priced compared to others. We had 13 feet tall marble slab installed along fireplace in family room. replaced 12 feet long kitchen island countertop, laundry room and bathroom vanity counter tops. Just had to pick the stone in the store the rest was breeze. Raj had his crew come to our home to take measurements, couple of days to cut them for sink and finish happened in their store followed by installation a week later 1 day. The installation cost was almost 25% lower than what our contractor quoted. Overall a very pleasant experience. Now I'm working again with them for outdoor kitchen and cabinet countertops. Nothing has changed. The same friendly customer service and lots of good ideas shared which I had not thought about in first place. Would highly recommend this place.

We were so happy with the wonderful job on our kitchen. Raj and his team installed dual quartz countertops for us that look simply DELICIOUS. The level of service was impeccable. Raj was always available and would troubleshoot immediately if any changes were needed. The team was flexible to our indecisiveness as well and patiently updated our order several times. Furthermore, the installation was quick and painless, with the nicest possible crew. These guys were incredibly professional and had the most lovely stone selection. We look forward to working with them again!

Apex Marble did an outstanding job doing all our countertops and waterfall island. If you don’t know the difference between the materials George is very helpful and knowledgeable. Asunción, the fabricator they work with is also extremely helpful. There was a problem with our island the first time and everyone including Raj, the owner works together to get the issue resolved. My kitchen looks really nice and I can’t recommend Apex Marble enough.

I am not sure what the bad reviews are all about. But we have been having good experience with Apex. Raj and Jorge are very nice and give us good customer service. We ordered our counter tops and a quartz slab for our Island today. Today they closed at 5 p.m. but they stayed a bit longer for us. The place is very nice, well kept, and clean. Raj said we will get our stuff that are not in stock in a week. What not to like. :

Customer service was outstanding. We had been searching for Cambria quartz and found the selection was extensive and the pricing was good. Jorge was very patient and took his time. I highly recommend them. Forget the big box stores.

Jorge Vega is the best! We had shopped endlessly for large slab quartzite for our home project in Truckee. We finally found the large size and excellent quality at Apex Marble and Jorge provided outstanding service. The price was right and negated the cost of transportation to Truckee! We will be back for return business!
