I have ordered 3 times, 2 have been received with no problem the 3rd and least expensive was never received, I put in a claim which was denied, So what do I do now ?? I guess I have lost my money, my opinion find ANOTHER precious metal dealer or risk loosing your investment your call, your choice.

The product is excellent. I was disappointed in the delivery in that UPS dropped the package at my doorstep without getting the required signature. Fortunately, they did ring the doorbell. Since I was home, it worked out OK.
