These employees the group of people I've ever the displeasure to deal with in my life. They call 20 min before a visit my new born was supposed to be able to visit with my other 2 kids today. My kids had a whole say planned out and this place isn't free mind you.
THEY NEVER EVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY MAKE SO MUCH PROFIT AND THEY CAN'T HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. ALL THE PPL THAT WORK THERE LOOK HOMELESS AND TRASHY. SOMEONE SHOULD OPEN AN ESTABLISHMENT LIKE THIS TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.
Never answer the phone. They charge a lot. The place is dirty.
They lie on their reports and refuse to give copies of anything. They are a scam don't use them if you don't have to.
