If you’re unfamiliar with all the features and capabilities of the I-Phone and Desk Top Computer and have been wanting to learn more, I may have the answer. Some may already be aware, but sadly, I wasn’t. I learned that the Apple Store offers “free” in-house educational training/discussions on how to utilize specific features on their products. These sessions are provided every day and are approximately 20 minutes in duration. The training can be customized to your specific needs and can be done in groups or as individuals. Kelsey was the Apple staff member conducting my training and she did a great job. I learned things in 20 minutes that I never knew and will now be able to share with family and friends. Unfortunately, these educational sessions are not available on-line but in-store only. These products can be very expensive and understanding the full extent of their capabilities is definitely worth your time
By now, Apple store experiences have been standardized, and it's ultimately up to which outlet is near you, in deciding which to go to. This is not unlike any other Apple stores. They have the usual demo stands, a space to host training lessons with their products that you can easily participate, and a pick up in-store facility. This Apple store is located on the ground floor of Fashion Show Mall, and it's huge enough that you cannot really miss it.
Ug. I do not recommend shopping at Apple Store. I brought a keyboard here which turned out to be defective while I was traveling, which is the reason I purchased it. Apple refuses to take it back after 30 days even though it is defective product did not work properly. Very, vert poor. I will not purchase anything here again.
This is a beautiful Apple Store with so many tables to get assisted by specialist or get iPhone classes and learn how to take advantage of all your iPhone features but unfortunately the lady in the front does not represent the brand! I kindly ask her if I can trade my iPhone for a new one and she said “yes”. She didn’t care about explaining me process so I asked “so, what’s the process to do that”. And she only said “you choose a phone we evaluate the one you have and we told you the price we receive the phone” and I was like “ok, so???” I think personal should give an attention with the details for example: “Yea of curse you can exchange your phone for a new one. The process is Xxx, we don’t have appointments to do it right now but I can book you for xxx day”. Never happened before on an Apple Store.
I liked it. Professional sales young boys who really into Apple and products. Couldn’t buy what I came for as pro max wont work on some countries with the new sim technology.
The manager with curly hair named MERCEDES is an awful person and should not work in customer service not to mention as a MANAGER. She was incredibly rude to me today when her staff member has ruined my AirPod case. She herself admitted she should have informed me to take it off prior taking my AirPods for test. She brought some apple cases as a compensation and made a rude comment that she shouldn’t be even doing that. I told her I do not appreciate this tone to which she took them away from me and asked body guard to escort me. Incredibly rude hostile and inappropriate behaviour - YOU have damaged my personal belonging and you treated me like I did something wrong instead of sincerely apologise and offer compensation. Is that how apple treats their customers??
The products are great, the service at the store is terrible! We went there to bought a phone for my mom for mother days, there is plenty of employees there sitting there doing nothing, we have to wait and they never help us.
It’s your average Apple store. Service was a bit slow, but once we did get service the staff was very polite and attentive. They also work very quickly and efficiently here which you don’t see in many other stores. Very appreciated. Lots of tables and items on display for demo. Great variety of cables, cords, audio, and phone cases.
I when in here today to try on the vision Pro, But the person told me that I need to come back tomorrow. I said no because why should I come back I’m already here person show me on the iPad that there no appointments for today there have been all booked up. I do understand that but some people booked an appointment but forgot it or do something else and forgot to cancel the appointment.
Nice place. I've been three twice to pick-up orders. No complaints.
