Apple Store

I came here to find out about increasing my iPad memory. We were met at the entrance of the store by a lady who asked what we needed. She then directed us to the area for waiting for a expert. We waited for 15 minutes and soon we’re with him. He is now helping us and seems to know his stuff. We hope to have answered all of our questions and come out with a fully working iPad and understand better this revolutionary machine. I plan to add more to this review when we are done with this help.

The Genius Bar people were helpful but the store entrance is not disability friendly no opening buttons Store front people just watched as disabled struggled to open the big doors. : Update: there have been many delays to send out my computer for repairs and no one seems to have the answers for the reasons of the delays when I call to check in. They also didn’t use apple products when helping me with my computer.

I’m completely disappointed in the customer service I received today. I purchased an iPhone 14 pro max and had the friendly associate put the screen protector on. Unfortunately he messed it up and left bubbles and said to come back because how busy the store was at the time. I returned back because I live only a few blocks away. I explained the situation to the associate and actually was lucky enough that the other employee that installed the screen protector was working that day. I could go buy a screen protector and install myself anytime. I would recommend you take your business to another store location. They don’t care about your customer satisfaction here, they only want your money then you can fu*k off. I needed some AirTags and some other accessories but just had to put all that down and leave after hearing the disappointing news. Don’t buy anything here unless you like to be treated the same way…

This is an awesome store. The staff are so helpful, plentiful and fun. The Apple store not only sells products but runs training sessions that you can book to learn how to use their devices for Mac Computers, Apple Watch and more.

I stopped by this store because my son’s iPhone XR lost its cellular connection. After Christian checked us in, Bob took over and diagnosed the issue, and resolved it by issuing us a brand new certified phone. This whole process was so smooth, it took us 35 minutes for the whole process. Thank you Laura, Christian, and Bob for making the difference for my son!

Apple's service is typical 5 stars and our recent visit was no different. My wife purchased a selfie stick which the remote battery cover was defective. They staff ended up opening over 15 boxes to find one that was not defective. It appears all of them were defective. Luckily this brand made 2 different colors and sure enough the other color was fine. The exchange was a breeze and we able to resume or vacation with very little downtime. Photos attached showing the store closed and preparing for Hurricane Lane. It was a shame as Lane forced many businesses to close for several days and we got barely a sprinkle or rain.

Finally found the phone I was looking for! Alexander helped me and he was great - fast, friendly and attentive. Would recommend this store.

Very disappointed and unprofessional technician and manager, ruined our vacation for multiple hours for fixed iphone’s cameras, Originally, the lens was broken a bit and still able to take pictures, but after paying $500 to replace the lens glass, it couldn't focus and take pictures. Now I have wasting my time at another Apple store to fix my camera.

Horrible business practice and customer service. You lost another customer just as the other recent review stated. I’ll take my business somewhere that appreciates it. I’ve never wrote a review before but I had to after tonight’s ridiculous experience. Ala Moana Apple store was packed with a line out the door. I decided to go Waikiki store since I live near by. Upon arriving at 8:20PM I was helped by an employee that actually assisted me in buying me new iPhone 12 just 2 months ago. He told me as well as another costumer that came from Ala Moana that they weren’t taking any more customers for the night and that we would have to schedule an appointment for the following day. Normally I’d have no issue with this as I literally live less than a mile away. However as you can see in the picture there was literally 2 customers and several employees doing nothing. I asked why I couldn’t come in to view and purchase an IPad Pro. He’s response was because I didn’t have an appointment. I understand that there are guidelines for covid but to tell a loyal Apple customer that he can’t come in to buy another $1000.00 product while you have multiple employees standing around doing nothing is absolutely ridiculous. The man seen at the door told me he would not further explain to me why I couldn’t come in and said that he considered the conversation petty. I spend thousands of dollars on apple products Mac book pro, iPhones, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and iPads ever year to get called petty. The manager Jay was of no help either. You lost another customer Apple.

Had such a great experience upgrading from a super old iphone to a new one! Christian went out of his way to help me transfer over all of my things and pick out a glass cover to protect my phone, explaining all of the specs and features along the way. Well organized, clean, and exceptional service. Would return in the future!
