Apple Store

Waited inside the store for 17ish minutes for someone to come and talk to us even though we have an appointment. Never expected apple has these level of standards. Pls don't blame Covid. Other stores are managing way better. Apologies not accepted.

Came here at 3pm on a regular Monday. It is supercrowded and noisy. It’s a far cry from the atmosphere in Apple Visitor Center or other Apple stores such as the one in Los Gatos. Staff is very helpful as usual but I would choose another Apple Store next time

Store is very clean, employees are amazing very attentive and welcoming. Was able to get in and out in a reasonable time because of the employees help!!!
