Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went, last minute, specifically for the all-you-can-eat boneless, chicken wings, and double-crunch shrimp . We sat at the bar, as there was a wait, and we were there for football. We received excellent service from Stephanie, but the wait for the dining room continued past 830p. The wings were hot, the beer was cold, and we did feel like we were at a neighborhood bar. Would eat here again. Pros: great prices, enough TV screens for sports without being overwhelmed, neighborhood feel. Cons: small waiting area for guests, some confusion over which tables were available.

A squirrel shorted out power to all of our city, couldn't cook so we went to Applebee's in Clarksville for dinner to wait out the estimated time before the power came back on. This turned out to be a great decision and experience. Our friendly waiter was very helpful letting us know which items were out of stock and what items were popular and tasty. We got the Bourbon St Chicken, 3 Cheese Chicken Penne and Captain Bahama Mama. Everything was great, prices were fair, no complaints from us. Today we ordered a pretty basic meal… Chips and Queso, Chicken wonton Tacos, 4 cheese macaroni, & chicken tenders. My opinion- the chips & queso weren’t the best tasting for the price, my wonton tacos were DELICIOUS and super crunchy I wouldn’t recommend getting it Togo, it’s rather wet with all the sauce and coleslaw chicken tenders were basic but not bad, and finally the 4cheese Mac and cheese wasn’t the best Lol the sauce taste weird and milky.

Service was very good and the food was hot and fresh. Only issue was the restrooms could use a bit of a pick me up. Issues of no toilet paper or soap were dealt with quickly.

FOH: very clean presentable dining area. The server forgot straws with our drinks which we had to ask for later. Then when plates came the same scenario where we had to ask for silverware. Upon receiving silverware it was still clearly dirty with old food still on it. We then asked for plastic flatware. The other servers working seem to be working circles around mine. Even picking up her slack helping correct her errors. BOH: The pub pretzels were good but the associated beer cheese was very plain, nearly a white sauce. The “loaded” waffle fries hardly had a topping. The three cheese pasta was excellent. The quesadilla burger was a challenge. Outstanding concept but gets messy quick, would recommend eating with a fork and knife. All food was very presentable. All items came very quickly, we didn’t have time to hardly get into our starters before plates arrived. Outstanding punctuality from BOH.

Food was moderate in taste and portions. Went at 3:30 thinking they would have specials on drinks and appetizers, no luck! In Ohio they had half price appetizers that were great! This location is run down. Same old decor. Carpet dirty and place was empty! Waiter was friendly.

Didn't get any photos of the food Dangit. But we had some delicious burgers and fries.

Ordered curbside service for curbside to go arrived on time as per tracking on the website hold in use the website to let them know that I was on my way and coming and then when I was there waited 5 or 10 minutes and then called find out if there's a problem with my order. And then I was told that I need to call them when I arrived to let them know I was out there, and then I waited another 10-15 minutes and called again to see if my order was lost and was told it should be coming now. Then waited another 5-10 minutes for an unfriendly person to slowly walk to my car with my bags do the passenger side instructions to the window not saying a word. I highly advise not getting curbside to go if you want your food fresh and still warm. I guess it's better to go inside and collect your order yourself. If you want an order to go. Last time it was great I don't know what the problem was this time.

App combo was the best, beer and soda was nice and cold as well. Double glazed full rack of ribs were seriously microwaved. Flavor was good, but tough and chewy! If they would have been cooked properly, the would have been the best! The texture completely ruined them. Kids liked their pasta, burger, and loved the appetizer! Parmesan shrimp & sirloin was tender for a sirloin but undercooked, good flavor but not very pretty. Desserts were good but not OMG good. Worth the price and will return to try the ribs again. Service was great, very attentive and friendly!

Ordered dinner online tonight thru their online site. Along with an appetizer and 2 desserts. Only to not receive my dinner. After paying $55 to not receive my dinner and tipping their service . I call back to inform them. The lady could not even verify if my dinner was made and they picked it up. After our call was disconnected, due to a bad line, she chose to not call me back ! So now I'm out a dinner, and going to store to buy dinner. In which I'll probably spend a total of 65 - 70 for dinner tonight! Wish I had just went to the store in the first place !
