Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food is great. My only issue is when the servers hide, lol. literally, no employees can be seen for a few minutes. They might be working in the kitchen, but refills or simple request take longer than they should because there's no one around. When the server magically reappears service is good. Just my two cents. Parking: Open parking lot. No issues. Kid-friendliness: We are a big family, not having crayons, but yet giving the kids a coloring game paper to use with out crayons, like bring back the crayons lol, not all kids are on tablets. Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant

Do not eat here. I ordered pasta to go and they literally tried to give me undercooked pasta with scorching sauce . Food poisoning is a serious thing .disgustingFood: 1/5

My second time coming here to this location. Food and customer service have always been great. I ordered the holiday special drink , Captain Morgan Berry Merry which is my all time favorite.Food: 5/5

Crystal, words can't describe your amazing service. As soon as she greeted us I knew she was great. You are kind, patient, and I can tell you enjoy what you do. Service was so great my 7 year old nephew said she needs a raise. You have a forever customer. Happy holidays you you, your manager who is equally amazing and all of your staff at this location. PS whoever made our food needs a raise too. As my nephew said it was DELICIOUS.

Our waiter Sandra was amazing, super nice and attentive! Food was good, they have some good options for when you’re feeling a bit laid back and dont want to cook at home. Their new 5$ margaritas are also a cant miss!

I have lived in the "neighborhood " for years and been to this location several times. Every time I come, it's disappointing daytime and night. The servers take forever to wait on you even when the restaurant is slow. Food is just plopped down once it arrives, if not thrown on the table. They get at least one thing wrong in the order. I hoped this time would be better after a long hiatus, but it's still the same--terrible service and the staff doesn't seem to care. I love Applebees, but this place is awful. There are other places to eat and I will spend my money elsewhere next time. Just because it's Nellis and the Eastside, it doesn't mean the quality goes down with it.

We had the regular ribs and the riblet plate and spinach/ artichoke dip and it was all good. Service was good in this trip but this location is lacking servers so if you go during a busy time you will have a wait due to the lack in servers.Food: 4/5

Waitress was very slow, food was cold when it came out. Waitress never came around to table to ask if we needed anything until she dropped off bill. Add for all you can eat baby back ribs wasn't available the day the add came out on tv.Food: 5/5

All You Can Eat Boneless Chicken, Shrimp, and Ribletts with endless fries $14.99. Service from waiter was fast and good, restaurant clean but COLD Boneless chicken was also COLD and the fries, The 5 mini shrimp they give you......Final Thought..Just buy you some frozen Boneless chicken and shrimp and heat it up yourself. The food wasn't so tasty .

Our wait Time was very short. It was a great visit & our Server was really awesome! He attended to all of Our needs & was very friendly! Great Service! Awesome Food! Kid-friendliness: Our Children were made to feel very welcome! Much appreciated!
