I enjoy working with Brandi and her team at AppleOne. They are responsive, always positive, and courteous in their interactions with me which I thoroughly enjoy. AppleOne’s payroll system has been consistent and reliable, and every time I raised a question, Brandi and her colleagues responded quickly and pointed me in the right direction. I look forward to continuing to work with AppleOne.

My experience in working with AppleOne has been exceptional! Khadejha was an amazing advocate by continously going above and beyond to find the right role for my skill set. She was proactive in reaching out when an opportunity became available. Should I find myself in a situation where I need their services again, I will be reaching out. Brandi and Her team are the best! I worked with her for about a year and a half until I was hired permanently, but I loved the fact that she sent weekly jobs that she had available and even found me something temporary because the job I accepted was taking longer than expected to start. Hi there! So, to start, I will say that like you are right now—I did a lot of research about AppleOne before filling out any of their application on their website. I had never heard of anyone that had gotten a job they liked through a temp/recruiting agency. However, Brandi Norris is an incredible person who is incredible at her job. She saw my partially filled out application on their website and took the time to reach out to me, regardless of the lack of resume I had submit to them. When I returned her call, she encouraged me to put a resume in and then come in to meet her. I took a couple of quick tests at home and within a few days I was sitting in my first interview. A couple of weeks later I had started in that position. Now, that would have been sufficient enough for me, but it gets better. I like my job, like really truly enjoy it. It is totally in my wheelhouse, despite that I previously had zero experience and Brandi managed to figure out exactly which job all my skills would fit in to. Totally cool. Still, it gets better. I love the job and even more I love the people I’m working with and after just four short months I have applied for a permanent position with the company I have been working for. The position offers full benefits, PTO and volunteer opportunities, not to mention the proposed salary is more than I thought I’d make for at least a couple of years out of school. I am so incredibly happy with where I ended up and so, I highly recommend AppleOne. If you are a hard worker, dependable, literate, and personable, I know Brandi will be able to find you a job you love.

Brandi and I talked about what I was looking for and the emails I received did not meet even my basic requirements. I was emailed about one that i applied for and was called about starting right away with no information about the company or benefits so I could comfortably make a decision. I messaged that I was unable to make a decision based on the information sent which was just the company website. I received a call today about the job and informed Brandi that I just accepted another offer. I accepted the offer this morning and also work full time. She informed me that “that would have been nice to know.” And then the call disconnected. I thought she hung up but moved on, only to receive a text that said “did you hang up on me?? I am just trying to get you a job. Wow” Totally and completely unprofessional. She text back and apologize which takes a lot of courage. If your looking for a staffing agency go to emerald. They are amazing, thorough, and more importantly professional.

The staff is great. Everyone is very respectful and nice. The branch manager knows what hiring managers are looking for, and really understands the Portland job market. They helped me revise my resume, and two weeks later I got an amazing job above market salary and benefits. They also helped me prep for my interview, and gave valuable advice/tips for answering tough questions. Each worker is great at building up your confidence and teaching you: "How to get a job," and "How to interview." I highly recommend Portland's AppleOne Employment.

Brandi had been helping me since day 1 the moment I walked in the door of AppleOne, she is relentless, ambitious, and always reach out to me with every single opportunities, I have never seen this type of effort from any other employment agency. Thank you so much Brandi for all you have done for me & so many others lives that you have been changing and continue to change our lives.
