Appliance Fix-It

The person working there is very rude and don't know how to talk to customer. I brought my blender to get checked and still after 2 weeks haven't heard back from them even I gave my deposit so I end up picking it up and still didn't get refund. When I inquire after 2 week about it. I was told we are still waiting for part price or you can pickup and get it fix somewhere else. Very bad experience.

Paid diagnostic fee and waited over a month for them to tell me it’s not fixable. Ten mins of work. They Could have told me they have a month long back log when I dropped it off. I called in and they told me I was next in line and would get a call tomorrow... two weeks later I get a call...

Brought my pristine Kitchen Aid stand mixer in for lubrication. I picked it up today, brought it home and plugged it in. Blam! Big spark and puff of smoke out the rear of the mixer head. The back is covered in black soot -- the fool technician must have shorted the power leads! Total incompetence! Wish I'd read the reviews. Their 3.2 score means 64% of the work they do is ok, the other 36% comes out like mine. STAY AWAY!

I am glad I didn't listen to all those poor reviews and went with Appliance Fix it! They did a great job on repairing my lawn mower within a reasonable amount of time. I really don't see where the complaints are coming from. It took them a little over a week to repair and they called me once completed. My mower was fixed and as good as new! On another note, I went to them with a different mower many years ago and they fixed it within a reasonable time as well. So don't listen to the bad reviews.

Very happy with my exchange with them. I had an old vacuum that they took off my hands to recycle properly. Also took in a very old gas-powered generator that they told me straight-up that it wasn't worth sinking money into; I appreciated their honestly in that regard to not just get some cash out of me.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years to repair lawn equipment I’ve neglected and I’ve always been pleased with their work, friendliness, and overall approach to keep the customer happy. The one time I got a pressure washer back that wasn’t quite fixed, they ordered all new replacement parts and quickly fixed it up for no additional cost. It can take a couple weeks to get your stuff back but they are absolutely slammed in the summer months so it’s expected.

I went there with a Greenworks hedge trimmer assembly that was jamming. They fixed it in 5 minutes while I waited and did not charge me. I gave them a nice tip of course. I noticed while waiting they seemed to have a lot of Greenworks parts on display including batteries. I noticed also that they fix microwave ovens, a rare thing these days. I suspect they can fix anything. They are little hard to find but park where Google maps says they are and look around a bit and you will find them.
