So I have had a horrible experience with this place! Do not spend your money here . I bought a brand new house for the washer machine to tear up my ceiling in the garage . Then on top of that had to contact consumer affairs before they wanted to replace it. Now the dryer is acting up and has been for a while . Now seeing why in this picture this is definitely not good customer service $550 spent to get a tape together cord for a dryer that goes off and washer that was better the second time replaced . That’s ridiculous and a setup to keep calling them and put money in their pocket.

These are used appliances put together quickly for a quick sale. The customer service is poor and the owner make excuses. I do not recommend purchasing from this business.

Stay clear of this place they just want to take your money. Poor quality appliance only last 60 days if that. I just paid the same price I paid these guys for a Brand new never been used fridge with a 2yr warranty at a bent & dent store yesterday. I purchased from these guys in Oct 2022 and didn't last 1 week came out and charge it up lasted 1 month.

We got a washing machine for a great price and it works just as it should! We had some issues on our end and the guys there was really good about helping us get the problem straight! We will definitely use them again!

My mother purchased a washer machine from this establishment and the machine was garbage. The man claimed that the machine was checked, but the machine DOA pretty much. My mother called an appliance mechanic, and the guy told her that it would cost her more than what she paid for the machine to fix. Luckily, the guy was nice enough not to charge my mom the fee for looking at the machine. Don't trust these crooks. Save your money and get something worth your dollar.

The owner Chris was very helpful in finding the Fridge and stove I needed. He helped load the appliances on the truck. Appliances came with a warranty as well. Will return and do business in the future. KPP

This company doesn't have any good products. My dryer broke in 30 days of purchase and you can't never get them on the phone to get any help. Please save your money and buy something new. When you buy cheap, you buy twice.

I purchased a washer and dryer set. He held it for me for over a month while i move from one apt to another. I was nervous about it due to some reviews. The day i moved in, I didn’t hear anything. I emailed the owner and within 5 minutes the installer called said he was on the way. They installed it. Tested everything before they left making sure it worked. I have now had a little over a month. I used it over 15 times and it still works well. So far so good. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I felt like I had to email the owner for them to call and say they were otw.

I purchased a stove and refrigerator from them which I really loved. The customer service was good when purchasing but as far as delivery and the service after purchasing I would never go back. My freezer wasnt working properly so I called them to let them know. They then sent a tech to the home who then told me that they need to replace the whole refrigerator. I called them and told them the information and they stated that they would have me a new one the following Wednesday when the new shipment came. It's been 3 weeks and no one will answer and no one has contacted me about this matter. I cant properly grocery shop because my freezer doesn't work.
