The only complaint or change that the office should change do is to not close out tickets for service work until 24 hours business hours have pasted That way if an issue comes up your customer will not have to go back to get additionsal approved time to correct reported problems after a job.

Okay, not really want to rate cause I haven't used...but certainly tried to call and all I got was the fax sound.
Tried to call, and like the other reviewer stated, got the fax sound. Can't do business without a working phone number. Disappointed.
