I bought my LG French Door refrigerator from Appliance Connection and I couldn't be happier. Eddie K. was just the best. I had specific dimensions because my cabinetry was super tight, and Eddie worked with me to get a refrigerator that fit. He sent me different refrigerators through email as we spoke in the phone and didn't rush me or pressure me. Class act and super professional. When the refrigerator was delivered, the guys were also totally professional. It was quick and seamless. I cannot recommend a better company!

I am quite satisfied with the support and service and pricing I've found at AC. Having bought both a washer/dryer stack and an induction range, their service is impeccable and I never fail to get a reply from a ticket. There was some issue with the washer leveling after install, and they worked tirelessly to make sure I was satisfied. The new GE range was carefully installed and looks great. There is sometimes a rushed feeling to the installers and I wish they'd stop acting like all deliveries need to be pushed quickly to completion.

Worst experience ever period Long stressful story short, it has been over six months now for them to evade any responsibility for defective products they sold and delivered, even though it was reported at the time of installation and within three days of delivery. They now ask me to get it resolved with the manufacturers directly with absolutely no shame. No wonder they only get two starts on BBB. Check all the reviews, not just here. The true nature creeps up with issues on orders. The Customer Service exists only to disperse complaints and to hold customers hostage. Shop here at your very own risks.

Love the Pittsburgh Steelers reclining theater seats I purchased. I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery time. I purchased the chairs on March 15 and had them in my Fan Cave on April 7. I could not be happier. They are comfy, easy to take out of the box, : Just connect the 2 pieces and plug it in. AND they look amazing!! The difference between Appliances Connection and other vendors is the price. Appliance Connection is $200-$400 less expansive than the exact same theater recliner. I was positive that the price was too good to be true. But based on reviews, I decided that they were a legitimate store, so I placed my order. I am so happy I did. BTW: I thought they'd make up the difference in shipping charges. I was wrong. Shipping was FREE! I highly recommend these seats and Appliances Connection without reservation.

Where do I start.. Shopped online and products were reasonable. So I proceeded to order a stove, fridge, and washer and dryer. They arrived 2 days early and I was happy with that. However; I paid for white glove service and delivery into my home. Truck shows up delivery men in white tanks grungy and not a lick of English. On of the men who spoke some broken English told me won't fit your on your own and just drops everything on my sidewalk. Thankfully I had help and we got everything inside. Open fridge missing the ice maker and the bucket, open stove missing a rack, open washer and dryer both dented and banged up. So I call appliance connection and wait on hold for over a hour finally get tickets open. Had to call them back 3 days later cause the dryer does not work. So over a month later all I have is a non working dryer with failed promises to have it fixed, the ice maker was shipped but still missing parts, and no second stove rack. Run as far as you can from this buisness!

I purchased washer and dryer combo LG WM3555HVA- what a wonderful machine! It looks so nice, its quiet, perfect for apartment or house, very convenient. I ordered installation of new and removal of old machine. Everything was done perfectly. I am very happy with my order.

Calvin.B the man of the hour let’s not say how much I love this one company because of this man Calvin made my experience with appliances connection extremely pleasant and easy. Good customer service brings a business a long way incredible customer service brings it even further but Calvin such exceptional abilities in how he handled everything for me I’m just amazed. I already have my appliance and I’m definitely buying from appliances connection again if I get to speak to wonderful people like Calvin.B every time I call in. This man is incredible and should definitely get a raise for all of his effort to make sure I left my call with smile. Thank you Calvin for helping out.

The Bosch kitchen hood arrived without requiring signature and upon inspection it appeared the box was previously opened and there was visible damage to the front face and the filters. After contacting Appliances Connection they agreed to provide a partial refund for the damage and provide me with replacement filters. Although I would have preferred an undamaged hood, the accommodation helps offset the damage. The claims manager, Nino, was attentive and helpful in resolving this issue with me. In terms of the hood quality and functionality it seems pretty good though the filters seem quite fragile. For nearly $600 you would think bulbs would be supplied by Bosch as well.

So far I have only experienced the purchasing and ordering part of this transaction. Douglas was so knowledgeable and helpful. So far everything has been made effortless. I will give another review once receiving my product. If the whole deal as easy as the ordering, I will be purchasing more. Follow Up: I received my refrigerator and I am sooo very happy with it! Here is my journey: I ordered my Samsung refrigerator about 2 months ago from Appliances Connection because their price was better, even though they are in a different state. Also, my experience with my local retailer was not a pleasant one and Appliances Connection made my experience easy from their willingness to accomodate. I did have to wait for 2 months for delivery but this was because of all of the delays worldwide. The freight company was not the best to communicate during the 2 months until my fridge was ready to ship. Once the fridge arrrived, I saw that there was a minor dent in the back but nothing that affected the operation. I promptly called Appliances Connection and they opened a claim and made it so easy for the repair. Well, today the repairman came and now it is perfect. Not only did Appliances Connection make it right, they offered me an additional warranty. Wow! This is going above and beyond! Thanks so much to Appliances Connection! I will be shopping with you more in the future! If you are thinking about doing business with this company, don't hesitate!

I received my beautiful retro refrigerator yesterday and I am so happy! Ordering from Appliances Connection was a wonderful experience. Such an amazing selection and love that they offer installation and haul-away for such a reasonable price! I didn’t need it this time but I live in PA so good to know for the future. I had to contact their customer service to adjust my order and that experience was great as well. Very polite, friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended this company to my friends who are looking for new appliances.
