All of these reviews are not lying. They were quick to get me in to get my equipment but after that, they dont answer the phone, they dont try to help you in any way! Stay clear of this company...
Company has poor practices of shipping more supplies than your insurance will cover, and billing you directly under threat of reporting unpaid sums to the credit agencies to hurt your credit score. Avoid them if you can.
I have sleep apnea and have been trying for the last 3months to order CPAP supplies. Apria is the WORST CPAP providers in the world. They have all these numbers to call and no one ever follow up with any concerns, request or anything for that matter. I am going to tell my employer to change supplier
I have had horrible customer service follow-up with this company. Very pleasant when ordering. Back end of transactions are not very well structured.
Poor customer service and can't explain why it's different from insurance payment statement!
I agree 100 percent with the previous review. Hard to work with. Order for equipment was faxed to them 3 times, so far additional info requested has been faxed twice. I would avoid using them if you have another option.
I could not order my supplies by phone or online. I really needed these; my old ones had a musty smell to them.
