Service technicians always do a great job & communicate well. The chemicals are effective, but I don't have to worry about my dogs getting sick from them. Also, today is the first time the appointment fell on a rainy day so I'm interested to see if the rain impacts effectiveness.  Only issue that I occasionally have with Aptive is confusion &/or miscommunication on auto scheduled  quarterly visit dates. For example, I received texts and emails indicating I had an appointment December 19 AND 20, so I was not sure when the technician would actually arrive.  Overall, I am satisfied with he quality & cost I pay for the pest control.Services:&nbsp;Rodent extermination

I’ve been using Aptive for my exterminating needs for about 5 yrs. Trevor came yesterday, very attentive to what we needed plus made helpful suggestions. I am pleased 110% with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Aptive to anyone needing an exterminator.Services:&nbsp;Flea &amp; mite extermination
