I am only giving Aqua 1 star or else I wont be able to give my review. If you live in a Mobile Home community then Aqua will rape you at every chance they can with the costs. I lived in Chicago which lies in Crook County and my water bills were never near the cost that aqua's bills are. According to Aqua, we use over 8,000 gallons of water a month. There are no leaks on any of my water lines, just a water meter that is probably over 40 years old, and I am charged for 8,000+ gallons of water along with sewage on that many gallons as well. Aqua's billing and practices ought to be illegal.

Aqua is 100% the WORST water company ever if I had the opportunity to give them a negative number of stars I would. They have outrageous late fees. Which prevent you from ever catching up on your bill and in the case that your water is shut off when you pay to have it turned on again sometimes they don't have anyone available to come turn it on for days! And when they can turn it on they say you have to be home which I was but we only own one car, which wasn't here. They slapped a "sorry we missed you sign" on my door and went on their way without knocking. So I called and they basically said it was my fault for not watching for the person to come turn it on and that they'd try and send someone back I had things to do and they again said someone must be home anyway they got someone to come back that day but only after an argument. If you have a choice in water provide do not chose aqua

My husband has a medical condition and has a medical certification from the doctor not to turn off the water due to his medical condition and they said the couldn't use the doctors certificate it would need to be on there form, we requested that it be faxed directly to the doctor's office of course aqua never sent the "special form" so they turned the water off and has been off for 2 days now he tried calling prior to this using the number on Google and the senior rep Sherry said that's not there number but when you call it, it says AQUA so he is forced to suffer for 2 days without any water.

They randomly shut off our water with absolutely NO warning... no knock... phone call...nothing. Turns out it was their mistake. So they give us a credit and a "we'll try and get your water back on in the next 48 hrs"- Horrible
