This should be 0 stars. I asked for help to get my water turned on since tenants moved out, and I was yelled at and hung up on! Call back the next day, still no one available to turn the water on that day, so now I have to wait another day with no water, piss pore customer service, no one was helpful and just didn't have any concern for the customer! Unfortunately I don't have a choice, and they sure do ask like they know that.

Horrible experience...first they sent me bill for 66600 gallons/month...then created a story saying it is 9600 now even though my usage is less than 3000....thry could not justify how i used 9600 without living there.....
