I was given the total over the phone for repairs and paid the amount given then after the repair was done I got a bill in the mail stating I owed more money. When I called to find out why no one had a clear answer for me. If you use them be sure you are paying the right amount.Service: Swimming pool equipment maintenance
Store was very clean and neat . Everything was easily accessible. Mrs Debby , one of the managers was very polite. She knows her stuff and I would recommend if you have any questions to go specifically to her... on the other hand , Alexis , one of the employees is very rude. She does not know how to say excuse me when someone is trying to get vital information. She needs to be retrained on customer service . She is the only reason this review did not get 5 stars . Prices are a tab bit expensive but don’t be fooled they do have a clearance shelf !
We had great luck with Aqua Leisure Pools when replacing our salt cell. They are very knowledgeable with equipment.
If 0 was an option you would get it. I bought a $400 pool vacuum last year. It worked 2 times so I brought it back. I was told they would repair and get back to me. 6 mo later with no response I went to the store. The manager debbie said they lost it but would take care of it. 2 more months go by. Finally get the call saying it's in. Pick it up only to find out it's use and missing parts. Shame on this company!!!

Never owned a hot tub before and now have one in a home we moved into. Absolutely no idea what we were doing. Debbie walked us through step by step - we had the water tested - and now in the process of getting it all set up for us. Will happily go back to maintain this thing!
Customer service here is excellent. They really take the time to share their knowledge and make taking care of your pool easy. They test your water for you and tell you exactly what you need to get it going in very short order. Highly recommended these folks.
