Great all around pool company. The design, build out, and finish of the pool Merillat built for us was excellent in all aspects start to finish. They have also provided us full service since the install 2 years ago and I have no complaints. The girls in the store go out of their way to be helpful if you go in to test your water or buy chemicals for the pool!

We hired them in the fall of 2021 to replace our vinyl liner at a house we had recently moved into. I pointed out a dip in the shallow end pool was almost empty as the pool was not used in years and said I was worried the bottom was washed out. I was told that it was fine. Come April 2022, I was told that the bottom was in too rough a shape to fix and they don't want to fix it focus on gunite pools. They gave the deposit back so they get two stars but I'm now scrambling months before the summer to find someone who isn't booked to do the work zero luck so far.

I absolutely love the service they provide. Though very busy this time of year Jason and Danielle are amazing and take the time to show and explain everything to you. This is our first year owning a pool and they're literally holding our hands walking us through the process. Customer service at its finest.
