AQUA Plumbing is a very reliable company. Brandon was really professional and very helpful. He worked with us and gave us several different options to get an additional gas pipe installed. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Excellent service and great people to work with!

Aqua Plumbing is the most dependable plumbing company I have EVER worked with!!! I had an emergency situation and had originally called another conpany...not only did they not show on time,they somehow messed up order and were going to have to schedule till next day.. I found Aqua Plumbing,explained my e regency and they even had a supervisor step in to help!! They gave me the appt. time,called me 30 minutes before they were going to arrive,handled the work,and were cheaper than other company!!! Love an HONEST company!!! Would highly recommend them !!!! Aqua Plumbing went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! They set up a gas line to a new pool heater, and found out that most of the gas lines in my house were not properly tightened and were leaking! Not only did they fix everything with little to no extra cost, but they also dealt with all the county permits. This job was way more work than originally expected, but they still got everything done on time and under budget. James and Emmitt are exceptional at their job and really care about their customers. I cannot thank them enough!

Aqua Plumbing replaced my garbage disposal. I was RIDICULOUSLY OVERCHARGED. When David arrived to do the work, my wife let him in the house. Although I was in the house, he obtained her consent ... she had no prior knowledge of the issue. Unfortunately they didn't quote the job before they arrived. The unit retails for $100 and took 20 minutes to install. Homeadvisor suggests paying an average of $180 for this job and that would seem reasonable. When I was presented with a bill for $475 I was stunned. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. Mike, their Master Plumber, refuses to return my calls. If you run a business and can't face your customers ... you're in the wrong business.

I was really impressed with the operation. Brandon was assigned to my job and arrived just a couple of hours after I called. He came in, diagnosed the problems, and had them fixed within several hours. He cleaned up everything very nicely, and his estimate for the costs was reasonable. The final cost was even a little lower than the estimate. Best of all, I have 3 working toilets when before I had 3 "DIY projects" that required sawing off the toilet tank on two of them, and a replacement of a leaking valve leading to the tank on the third. I will call Aqua and Brandon again!

Aqua Plumbing Services responded very quickly and scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. The technician that arrived was Mr. Nima Maleski and he was extremely detailed and took the time to understand what could be causing the leak instead of just repairing it. He determined the problem more than likely was caused by high water pressure over 120 PSI and caused a failure in a copper pipe located in my ceiling above my downstairs bathroom. He repaired the leak and installed a PRV valve between my main water line and the hot water heater to control / reduce the water pressure to 60 and 70 PSI. I'm extremely happy with Nima's attention to detail, professionalism, and his problem solving approach.

I chose this company because of the good reviews. I was scheduled to have a water heater installed 2 weeks out because they were busy. When the time came for the install no one showed up. I got stood up for service. If your too busy that's understandable but please be professional about it.

These guys save the day. My water heater failed the day before my daughters high school graduation. I had house full of out of town family. Janet kept her promise.She said I would be taken care of . Nima was my technician he was patient. Informative. My water heater was installed same day. Thank you for the superb service.

I like these guys. Very responsive, economical prices and pleasant to have them for repairs at your house. David is a proficient plumber. He explained the problem and how to fix it. He ran to the store to get missing parts and got the job done within two that said will take. I will definitely call David again!
