Aqua Zona Water and More

This place is great when it’s open, but it’s never open. I am not joking when I say I have tried on five different occasions to go here to fill up my water and, no matter what the hours say in Google, they’re not open. I’m typing this on Saturday at 2 pm and they say they’ll be open until 6 pm. I have gotten into the habit of driving four miles away to another water store when this one is right across the street from me because I can’t rely on them. It’s so frustrating and I wish they’d get it together or make their in-store hours accurate. As an aside, there’s a water store on 35th Ave and Northern that’s been super reliable, so take your money there or anywhere else.

Martha is so friendly and helpful. We talk to her whenever we go. She's always so cheerful. The ice is good and the shaved ice is even better. The soda, ice cream and retro candy are a must

This is now the third time that I have showed up on a Sunday and the doors are locked. I’ve asked multiple times and verified you are open on Sunday. Google shows your open. At this point I’ll take my business to another water n Ice. I may give you another try some time down the road as you are three minutes from my house. Place a sign or decide if you want to be open or not. Update: i tried this location again. They were closed yesterday on Sunday so I'm assuming they are closed this day. Today they are open but closed for ten minutes. It had been thirty minutes. The lady saw us waiting from inside and did not answer the phone or reopen the business. Avoid this place at all cost. They will waste your time. Obviously the owner is not in business to make money. It's a shame as í try to support local businesses and unfortunately the bad apples like this company make it so we shop big retail. What a waste of time.

Never open and horrible customer service. Lady attempted to give me a $4 snow cone with barely any shaved ice, and I had to ask for more ice, and more liquid flavoring. The ice was dry, and the liquid flavoring was poured into cup about half-way. Employees shouldn't be sitting at work with their boyfriends. NEVER AGAIN!

I love going here for shaved ice, snacks, and bags of ice. They are so friendly and every experience I have in there keeps me coming back. THANK YOU GUYS

Nice place to get water and ice. Friendly staff. Fast fill was really nice. Got in and out very quickly. They have carts you can use to get your water to your car.

It is an awesome place fair and prices and everything was affordable

Very unprofessional. Went twice in one day. Once at 10 am and once at 3pm. They were closed both times. Each time I saw other customers trying to get in as well. Talk about ruining your own business. I won't return ever again. Probably would be better to hire more employees and keep the business than to be too cheap to hire anyone and be closed most of the time.

I Love the pistachio ice cream I also get it in a shake delicious. It also my favorite and only place we like to get our water and ice from. For six 5 gallons we pay around $13. Might sound crazy but the ice here taste delicious if you have ever had ice from Mc D. You will know what I mean.
