Very rude owner names James, poor customer service. Ordered coffee, then three weeks later called to check on status of order and James, who is the only person who works there, said he had delivered it two weeks ago. After checking, we found it had not been delivered. James continued to argue with three different people saying that it had been delivered. After all the arguing he finally figured out that he had NOT delivered it at all. Made all kinds of excuses for himself. Finally told him that we would take our business elsewhere. Will NEVER use him again.
