Took a motor in and fix throttle only.benny did a great job owner Mr Aragon was rude and told me to go somewhere else next time when I questioned the price. What a jerk.i was told 25-30 dollar when I took it in. I was charged 82 dollars
Dont pay until you test your equipment over there on the day of pick up. I took my power washer to get fixed , they had it for about three weeks, then called me to pick it up, right away they charged me over $100 , when i tried to test it it want run properly, and here we go the run around started. Affter another 2 weeks back and forth and not running properly, i just pick it up The owner was very nasty and have a very bad attitude. I will never go back there. Be aware!
This is the worst place I’ve ever done business with. They use to be good. But not anymore they had my lawn mower all summer. Charged me $120.00 to fix. It wasn’t. So I took it back 2 more times. They never told me it would cost more. And now they want $170 more to get the lawn mower back. I wouldn’t use them again no matter what. They cannot be trusted.
Took a saw in to have the wrap around handle replaced and asked for a tune up plug and carb rebuild as well as sharpen the chain at the same time. Picked it up and made the mistake of not trying the saw while still there. Drove all the way back to Los Lunas and discovered it will not even start. Went back and left it. Guy working the counter said it was his cousin that did the work and "he is just learning and getting the hang of it". Left it and went back to get it the next day. He started before I left, it ran pretty rough and smoothed out some. To be fair it was cold and I took the saw. When I got home it attempted to cut with it. Not possible. Would not run well enough to make a cut. Took it back again. The lady said they would have their best mechanic look at it. I asked about some compensation for all the extra trips back and forth as a result of them not doing the work. They said absolutely not. After a total of 5 trips back and forth with the worst work ethic and integrity I have ever seen I now have a saw that works. If you take your equipment to them be prepared to keep them honest every step of the way. There are too many other great shops out there to be treated poorly.
I’ve gone here for years for propane and trimmer maintenance, but I’m not going any more. The crabby old man who has taken over is too crabby and unhelpful. Yesterday as I was about to tell him what I thought of him, some irate customers stormed in, jumped ahead of me, and did a much better job of telling him what they thought of him. I left and I’m never going back.
I am not someone to give a bad review unless it is 100% earned. When I took my law mower in for a tune-up I was told it would be AT MOST 2 weeks turn around. I was skeptical but decided to go ahead with their service because the owner is cousins with my mother-in-law. 3 weeks later with ZERO communication from them I decided to show up in person to see what was going on with my lawn mower. The person helping me allowed me to go in the back to "witness" how hard they were working on my product and what I saw put them deeper in the hole - at least 100 lawn mowers sat in line waiting to be serviced and 3 workers walking around not doing anything that seemed productive. They had my mower out for me to see and they had clearly NOT been working on it although they claimed they had been the twist off filter was off and that was their version of "being worked on". I asked them what was taking so long and they had no response. I literally mean NO response. I told them to give it back to me because I could take it some place else and they tried to reassure me it would be done in a couple of days. I said no and took my lawn mower back. As I was leaving, they made sure to CHARGE me $20 for the "diagnosis" which was that it needed a tune-up. Yeah, thank you, Captian Obvious, that's why I took in to begin with. I paid the $20 because I was done dealing with their TERRIBLE customer service and B.S. excuses of why they failed to perform the services they claimed to provide. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and would NEVER recommend this spot. Try literally any other place than this one.
The people are very nice and they made sure I was satisfied with the repair. I brought my chainsaw in and they did a thorough report. They called me with the price of the repair and let me know what they did to my saw. Nothing but good service and they made me feel welcome.
I've been using this company for roughly 15 yrs now. They have fantastic service and always do exactly what the say. Repairs are made on time and the job is always outstanding. Their products are of the best quality as well. If you need anything small engine wise fixed go there. If you need great yard work type tools go there. They are the best in abq hands down! Just another happy customer. Thx again aragons!
I have been doing business with the Aragons for almost 20 years. They are veteran-owned, honest and hard-working. My first experience was when we bought a cord of wood. When they delivered it, I realized what a "real" cord of wood is supposed to be. I had been short-changed my whole life and never knew it. They keep my lawn mowers and chain saws in tip-top shape. Great business experience!
I ordered a part and was told it would be 4 or 5 days. After 8 days I called to see if it had come in and was told it was back ordered and they had no idea if it was coming. I said that it would have been nice if they had called me to tell me that. I then received a call from the owner chewing me out because he didn't like what I said. Who does that??? Two words...customer service!!!!
