If you need tree work, call ArborPro. They are my go-to company, and have done both emergency and routine tree work for me. I am genuinely happy to see the team at each job. For what it is worth, I am a woman and never once got the "ick" dealing with this company or any of the crew members. Main Points: 1. The work is consistently done as discussed, with great attention to detail. They thoroughly clean up each time. After the emergency job, you would never have known that an enormous tree had been there. 2. The work crews are organized and efficient. And they treat each other well. I wish that all people could enjoy their jobs as much the guys seem to, and could work in such a cohesive team. They were also approachable and kind, and nice to my dog. 3. Arborist Adam is highly approachable and knowledgeable. I ask many questions and he is very patient. Front office staff Chrystal and Sarah are also patient with many questions. 4. Once you’re on their mailing list, the owner Colin sends newsletters that are actually INTERESTING and informative!
ArborPro Tree Experts are fantastic. We were impressed with the team that was here as well as everyone that we have worked with, including the office team. The work done was fantastic, very professional, kept in touch even with the crazy winter storm that required rescheduling, a great group. We have had multiple properties attended to by ArborPro and will continue to for future needs. Highly recommend!
Had the ArborPro crew come out and trim our large birch tree this month. Reasonable price, good phone service and scheduling, and the crew that did the work were perfect. Professional, detailed, asked for our input before they left to make sure it was exactly as we expected. I don't expect we will ever need to look anywhere else for tree service. Thank you ArborPro.
Arbor Pro just inspected and did work on a very big Doug Fir on our property. We'd been concerned about it's health. They went up to the top, inspected for dead wood, removed anything necessary and gave it a good bill of health. They even recommended wildlife habitat solutions and provided sites where we could find more information. On time, clean and professional.
ArborPro was amazing! The company did a wonderful job and the price was great. The arborist Alan was prompt and upfront about the whole process and the crew that came and did the work were exceptional. I recommend anyone looking for expert, affordable tree removal and pruning to give them a call!
Of course your workers did great job! They were supposed to cut one tree down but they had to cut down four instead. After they cut down the first one, the other 3 started to fall one by one. Their roots started to come out and one leaned to our house. The crew worked so hard in the terrible winter storm until evening to save our house!! We really appreciat their work. The crew lead was Alex. Also their quoto was very reasonable. Actually it was half price of another company.
In November 2023, ArborPro Tree Experts employees planted four Western Red Cedar trees and fertilized three old Douglas firs for me. The employees were friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. I'm completely satisfied with their work.
