Arbors of Dublin

I received excellent support while moving in from Madhav and entire arbors of dublin staffs. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. The apartment was very clean and nicely painted when they handed over to me. All the appliances, doors, lights and cabinets were in very good condition.

This is 2nd year of living at Arbors: excellent Dublin Schools, all groceries and stores at walking distance. Great place for family. Arbor of Dublin staff are knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful to us. They've Police officer on-site, building new kids park and added new dumpsters for easy access for all

I thought my place in the ghetto was bad, only difference between that and here is there's not gunfire all the time here. There's rats and roaches, they charge you for pest control monthly but they don't do monthly or any treatments. Everything is falling apart, our building has had a lot of water leaks. Power goes out every week. The buildings are all really old and poorly kept, all the wood is rotting. There's only one trash compactor, and it's always broken. Maintenance doesn't fully complete jobs. They installed a playground for the kids but never finished it and left it locked up, someone broke the lock and took the gate off, and they still never finished the playground nor fixed the fence. The place is a mess, insane for the amount I pay in rent.

Had a tour scheduled, as we are looking to move to the area. When we went in a man he never introduced himself and payed us as little attention as he could so we never got his name was on his phone and told us to take a seat without looking up. We went through the floor plans and options and he was very clearly watching something on his phone and had ear buds in. Then we drove to the unit and while he was leading up he was looking down at his phone and moving at a snails pace. We looked through the unit as quickly as possible and left. He was in the middle of a personal phone call so he just opened the door and shut it behind us. Very unprofessional. Does not seem like they care if new tenants move in or not. Also the units look nothing like the photos online, they look significantly worse in person.

Lived here for a long time. Seen the standards going down. Property manager is not at helpful. They don't take responsibility for any mistakes made in their part. Many better communities to live for this much rent.

I have lived there 1.5 years. It’s dirty outside. Everywhere is spider web, trash. There is nobody to clean there. The trash thing is breaking down usually. Location is good if you don’t have car or new in the country. Even though there no laundry in the apartment is pricy. The kitchen is sooooo so old, it’s so old apartment complex. When you move out they overcut off your deposit. If you need a maintenance wait for a month. If you have at least a car, go and check another places to rent it. You would find better for the same price.

Property location is good, most of the stores including Indian Grossary stores are in walkable distance. Maintenance complaints also get attended and getting positive response from Arbors Management.

I fortuntely got a top floor with a lake view and it's been quite and absolutely gorgeous place to live. I am skeptical about this place because of the bad reviews and cheap rent, but it turns out to be the best place I've lived so far, underrated apartment.

SLUMLORDS - WORST PLACE - There is no button for negative stars, which this place needs. Unfourtnlety still living here, and August can't come fast enough. incompetent maintenance and services. All they do all day is drive around in their golf carts and cash in on half off rent. While my freezer to my fridge has been down since 5/30/23 and yes, I know the date because that's the date of the work order I summited that's still open, and here it is 6/30/23 with no fix in high sight. sadly, I have a list of things and how they fix it. our bathroom got flooded from the upstairs tenant and there fix for the damage was spray paint to the ceiling, and after the first month our dishwasher went out it wasn't till, I served them paper with my lawyer and the state they finally provided a new dishwasher. Management only interested in renting/ leasing once you've signed a lease they no longer care. Don’t care about broken services, security etc. the amount of car break ins and stolen vehicles is insane, with no measure to try and deter it. list is endless. Nobody cares about rules here because management doesn’t care. Take the time and walk around this place the curb appeal alone SCREAMS COME LIVE IN SLUMLORD HEAVEN !!!!!
