Arbors of East Atlanta

We have lived here for over a year now and it has been great. Our neighbors are very friendly. The property manager Bridget won us over when we first met her due to how charismatic and kind she is. The people in the office are very helpful as well. This complex makes apartment living not so bad. We are happy to be here.

I lived here for 2 years - Bridgette is amazing, always gets things taken care of & maintenance requests are usually done the next day. Very quiet, everyone minds their business & the location is amazing. I felt safe living alone here. Definitely a great place to live!

I love my apartment but the property maintenance is on a huge downward slide. I don't blame that on our Property Manager; I don't think Braden Fellman Group is that invested in Arbors anymore.

I’ve been here 2yrs. Bridget in the office is Awesome and maintenance is on point. I love my hardwood floors. Looking forward to the upgrades to come!!

It's generally a quiet place to live. Management is friendly, neighbors are easy going, and it's convenient to downtown. The only thing is energy cost, the windows can be a lil rusty.
