Good food and great service. I brought my kids with me and everything came out hot and tasty even though they were short staffed.
I stop here whenever I’m in the area. The food is always consistently very good; it it’s the service they makes this Arby’s store exceptional. Always friendly, making sure your order is exactly what you want. I’ve had 6 people’s orders before for take out here and they didn’t mess up a single one and treated me like royalty. Again today - outstanding customer service. And that’s why I go back again and again. Leon at the counter taking orders is always upbeat, friendly and funny! Highly, highly recommend!!
I have been going to this Arby's for several years. The staff is always pleasant and food for the most part is very good. They were real nice to me when I had to wait forever for AAA. Gave me free coffee and let me wait inside on a cold and rainy Winter night. My favorites are gyros and curly fries. Tried the crinkle but not as good as the curly s. Would have been better if they had seasoning.
Great drive-thru service! Very fast, great, cheery people at the window and the food was piping' hot!
An Area Manager nice Latin Gentleman was kind with helping with an order for various Roast Beef sandwiches and Apple turnovers for my senior uncle and neighbor friend on Saturday afternoon at the Hammond Drive location. Along holiday coupons for future use. I will say my uncle and his neighbor really enjoyed the sanat the seniors home down the street. They both had smiles ear to ear. My uncle is already planning what he would like using the coupons on the next visit. Again thanks for the hospitality when all your others workers were busy helping other patrons.
Had a mobile order pickup today. The lunch crew was so absolutely nice and pleasant and helpful. I’ve been having a terrible terrible week and really needed this moment of kindness. So thank you very much lunchtime crew on 1-5-2023, it really helped someone struggling feel substantially better.
I would not go here past 8pm. I sat in the line for 30 minutes only to get to the window for them to tell me to go back and wait in line AGAIN for 4pc Mozzarella sticks to be done. I used to love Arby’s but I see why they are all closing.
I was in the Orange City FL store tonight. Although I complained about the dining area was too cold 65* two weeks ago, I had contacted Atlanta, nothing has changed. Today I took a laser digital thermometer with me. It was 63.5* F outside, and 62* F in the dining room. I think the air conditioning was running because the air coming from the vents was 54* F. The very LARGE manager who would not give me her name and also would not give me the phone number of the area supervisor, told me they were not allowed to touch the thermostats. I work for Arby's and I just moved to this location I'm amazed at the way things are inside and I love working for this company Mr. Leon is Awesome and Billy Bellamy I wouldn't trade them for the worldFood: 5/5
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The cashier was clearly not trained as he didn’t know how to navigate his own register and had to take my order twice. Once I got my order multiple items were wrong and/or missing snd I still walked out of there without 2 things on my order. The cherry on top? The food was cold. Won’t be coming back any time soon.
