Arby's

Arby's this is ridiculous. You need to change the picture of the sliders from the old beefer version to this sad excuse for a slider. Smaller but paying the same price we did for the larger sliders you use to sale. What a rip-off. Do not go to Arby's thinking you will get the sliders they use to sale. I will not be returning. This is the second restaurant that has charged you for a larger size but giving you less.

Went through the drive-through and the Manager was running the window and was very polite and had my order out within a short while he was even attentive enough to let me know about my headlight being out. Which I didn't know about. ThanksFood: 5/5

I took one drink of tea, felt something in my mouth, took out the pieces & found metal shavings in my cup! I called the restaurant & at first the manager acted as if I was making a mistake saying they must be tea leaves tea leaves aren't silver & they don't stick to magnets. I explained this to her, then she said she would check the tea as I told her they look like small pieces of a brillo pad to which she replied they only use sanitizer to clean the tea containers because no one has ever broken the rules at work right & said she found nothing. Then she said maybe it had been in the cup prior to the tea being added. After this she finally apologized & said come in & she would give me a free tea um i dont want another drink from u after what I've just been thru but never asked my name & when I offered it she said oh no I'm always here just ask for me.

I went through the drive through. The gal at the window was pleasant. She got our food around quickly and the order was correct!Food: 5/5

First of all, for there not being too many cars in the parking lot. They took forever to get my order, We went through the drive through and we're going to eat our dinner on the way home. Forty five miles away long drive, The sandwiches appeared as if they were Punched, maybe slammed, not sure it could have been another customer sandwich, not sure, The fry's dinner tastes like. They were fresh, they taste it cold, Nevertheless, lost that on $20 that day. I will never stop at that arby's again.

I ordered a crispy chicken club wrap, but was given the crispy Buffalo chicken wrap. This is literally what it looked like when I opened the wrapper. It looks like a small pita bread was used instead of the tortilla that usually comes with the wrap. It was more like a taco. I don’t recommend this location :

Manager cussed in front of me to an employee. Even if it was a joking matter, using the F word is inappropriate. Almost all the tables were dirty and floors very sticky. It took 18 mins for me to get my order and I was the only one inside the building! My fries were cold. Then to add to this an employee came in to just chit chat and they served him my strawberry shake and gave him a bag full of food before me. And I’m a paying customer. I didn’t bite my tongue and let them know I noticed all this and reported it.

Very friendly staff. The food was delicious. If you've been to Arby's you know what to expect. The dining area was clean and there was plenty of parking. Key needed for the restrooms.Food: 5/5

I try to refrain from leaving bad reviews, and I've been dining at Arby's for years, however today's experience was beyond Terrible, and concerning for this restaurant. 1. We waited in an extremely long line, closer to 45 minutes or so, which can be forgiven considering covid and all. 2. We received our meal and drove off, after taking a few bite I realized there was something squishy about the chicken.. sure enough it was Literally Raw! Not just a little bit raw but like, "6 minutes to fry chicken but we'll take it out in 3" type of raw. 3. We ordered Mozzarella sticks and sure enough they weren't in the bag. 4. We requested Arby's sauce and we did not receive that either. One doesn't simply eat Arby's with out the sauce am I right? 1 issue can be forgiven, but really? 4 back-to-back problems! This is absurd.

Not located near me. But because of the consistent quality I'll spend an extra 15 min to get to this location. Friendly. Good quality.Food: 5/5
