was with tyler, my #1 grandson and we did time at Walmart and went to arbys. Ty got a reuben sandwich combo and I got a turkey bacon ranch sandwich on the dark bread.i ask for water AND then realized they had zero sugar lemonade so we had to have some. I love how Arbys is one of the most consistent fast food places and this Mgr. Is very accommodating and nice.
Literally the worst stop I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. Drive-thru had an attitude while greeting and really short and snotty while taking order. Got to window and paid for food, and got drink. Standard time for waiting so no big deal there. Upon taking the club wrap out of wrapper which was just just folded together, I notice the bacon looked cold/old. Took a bite out of it and there was cold grease sitting on the bacon. I think I’ll take my chances and starve before coming back here.
Great service. The guy in the drive thru was super helpful and even double checked my bags on a large order and found one item missing. I appreciated his attention to detail.Food: 5/5
Not many places have a seating for 5 people or long tables. This place does even though they are twice as small as a regular store. More friendlier here than another fast food places or another Arbys.Food: 5/5
Got the deluxe fish nothing deluxe about it. The bun was falling apart there was more sauce and lettuce then there was fish. The fish was as thin as the tomato on it. Next time I want a fish deluxe I will go to culvers. Not to mention that food safety that fish was cold as the lettuce on it.Food: 1/5
Ordered beef and cheddar. And it's on the ticket. However no cheddar....in drive through and was gone by the time I figured it outFood: 1/5
It was cold inside the restaurant. The krinkle fries were over cooked. The French fries weren't any better. I ordered the hamburger and I got a copy of McDonalds Big Mac. I ate what I could and put the rest in the trash container. Fast Food not great food. Parking: Handicap parking in front of store.
I requested a small meal and the woman at the register insisted that combos start a medium and that if I want a small cup I can have one but still would pay for a medium. I worked for Arby's for 3 yrs as a shift manager and I'm pretty sure the have smalls that is just an uncharging technique they teach. But the fact that I requested a small and was pretty much forced to buy medium is outrageous. So I give this Arby's a BIG Wheelchair accessibility: They have easy access wheelchair accessibility.
January 1st and I think the staff didn't show up. Went to the drive through, got no response from the speaker, and then was told at the window that they were closed.Food: 1/5
