Arcade Carpet One

Arcade Carpet One was great! They have personalized service and friendly sales people. The sales people are very informed and make me feel confident in my decision of flooring as well as flooring store. My floor came with many warranties and looks fantastic, the installation department called to remind me and help to make sure I was prepared for the installers. My installer Pat did a fantastic job and I felt comfortable having them in my home. When they were finished they left me with a goodie bag with candy. They are a small place that's been around for 80 years, my parents and grandparents have both used them. If you care about your home and want floors that the company stands behind, choose Arcade. They have a gaurantee that they will change your floor including installation if you don't like it for any reason, even if you don't like the color you picked! Don't believe me? Ask them! It's called their beautiful garuntee.

I had shopped around and talked to 4 other carpet companies and Carpet One knew the product I needed. They were thorough in explaining the install process and the warranties. Every other company I talked to, I was not confident in handing over my money to or didn't trust them. Carpet One has professional and knowledgeable sales people and professional installers. I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs- they really do put the customer first and not how big of a sale they can make.

Arcade Carpet One did this floor in our office 12 years ago and it still looks good even with all the rolling chairs. Didn't know they moved, but I found them and just had a similar laminate installed in the upper offices. Hope it holds up like this has. These folks are excellent to work with and wow what a selection!
