Brett is a very patient, but busy dude! He’s extremely informative, and helpful, if and when you have any questions about lift kids, wheels, or tires. HE IS DEFINITELY! the guy to talk to! Him and his guys installed lift kits, wheels, tires, and my electric amp step rails for me. They stand buy their word, and speedy installations! After installing my lift, he told me there is a “brake in” process and to bring it back, in a week, to double check the alignment and torques specks of the bolts. Basically to make sure nothing had shifted. Great customer service, and satisfaction!!!

I’ve been driving around with new subs for 2 years custom built from arch st but in the process one of my speakers is off. Not blown, just off. When I came back to fix it they said it’d only be a temporary fix, they just tightened some wiring. Not sure why I’d get sent off like that. Here I am 2 years later still no right speaker. The same thing happened when they put subs in my Corolla, same car just newer. They couldn’t help apparently. Side note I did go to Toyota like they told me and they said hold it up with whoever put the subs in bc that has nothing to do with how the car came brand new.

Needed a new deck last minute and only in town for a day. They worked me in so I added two subwoofers and a amp. Great work and sound awesome. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They met well beyond my expectations! I called to have a stereo that I had already bought put in my car, as I was about to go on a long trip. I spoke with Hugo, and he told me they were booked up for the rest of the week, then said if I got down there that day, he'd try to fit me in, and gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable. When I arrived, I handed him my keys, and 40 minutes later he handed then back and said it was done. When I asked him what I owed him, he told me half of what he quoted me. This just doesn't happen anymore these days. If anything quite a few businesses will try to charge you more than what they quoted you. All the staff there were very friendly and personable. If anyone asks me where to purchase car audio equipment, and installs, I will DEFINITELY be sending them to Arch Street Audio. Best experience I've had in a long time. Great job guys!!!

Had upgraded “LED fog lights installed, nothing wrong with my original ones just wanted better. They had never leaked before and after installation they leak and hold water from rain. Took it back they still hold water after a rain and they loosened my cube light and light bar. Even removed my winch cover so it flew off at me going down the highway !! The winch was purchased and installed by them also. Cable broke on first use. They refused to warranty it and kinked my cable jammed it all back on the winch. Asked the owner to call to discuss this and have not received a call back. But a happy customer at all and I would have given them all my business if they would have just spoken to us about it in stead of being rude

I wouldn't bring tools the girl up front plugged in my cut off tool and said it didn't work obviously she doesn't actually know how to operate all equipment.

Friendly helpful folks! Went to install my car stereo and discovered the antenna adaptor I had purchased wouldn't work, I called ASA and they said that they had one for $10 so I went and picked it up and was able to finish my car stereo installation without having to order the adaptor online and wait for it to arrive.

went here to get some Tires for my Camaro when R&R told me they dont do payment plans on offset tires. These guys provided excellent service. Thank you and I will do business with you agin!!!
