Interior staff were unfriendly but outside staff were fine. I suspect that location gets a lot of weird engineers so the inside staff might be acting like that in defense. Good had station with a bathroom and a decent selection of food, beverages and alcohol. A nice amount of pumps so you can be in and out quickly.
This place is a block down the street from my job. I usually get fuel here but the place boarded up seemingly overnight. The fuel pumps are gone and there's a fence now surrounding the property. Any Arco logos are completely gone. Don't know how or why, but it seems very strange for this gas station to suddenly vanish like that.
Its been torn down for months but before it was there was horrible customer service and they always said the bathroom was closed when it wasnt
Some of the best brand name gas prices in town. Gas isn't cheap now, but at least filling up here puts a smaller dent in your wallet. A shame they closed the station on MLK.
Topped my tank off, was surprised at lack of customers - usually there is a waiting line for fas here... In all the years, since 93, I can probably say that its well less than 10 times that there has been no waiting line.
One of my preferred gas and convenience stores you can play their rewards game they have reasonable prices and you can drive your engine clean
Cheapest gas in town, but where’s the friendly old hippie with long hair + beard go? He always makes my day whenever we get gas at ARCO. He’s so friendly and nice.
Best price for miles. Staff always courteous, even if levels of English vary. It's not a high-end gas station, and I wouldn't buy breakfast here. But for gas - even with the slight debit card surcharge - I still save $0.25 - .30 a gallon. Get15 gallons - save 5 bucks. Debit or cash only.
They always has the best gas price in town! In this economy, that is the most important thing about a gas station! And, I was pleasantly surprised though it's a small store, they got all kinds of things you might need for your car and great variety of snack foods and fruits, all for pretty cheap price than I found else where! I packed up quit a bit of yummy Japanese top ramen and fruits and snacks for the road trip with my friends while I got my gas here!
I'm not from Oregon so I'm not really used to the getting-your-gas-pumped-for-you thing, but even though the attendant and the assistant barely spoke English, they were polite, speedy, and attentive. I don't normally write reviews about things on Google, but my experience here was a lot better than I thought it would be. I doubt you'll read this review, but thanks for making things quick and easy. The only negative side is the cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. I know its not really my place to be judging cleanliness in Portland lol, but they could've done a lot better with the restrooms.
