Getting back into dance and was referred by the studio here. Store is full of attire, shoes and great customer service. Show fitting area was clutter free. Mel greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked what I needed and assisted me with kindness. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Parking is a small shared lot, I’d say it’s okay but may be an issue with traffic on 33. Highly recommend.
Great service and was extremely satisfied how my granddaughter's toe shoe fitting was conducted. The owner is a dancer and was very knowledgeable in how the shoe should fit.

I love this store. Even if there are loads of customers, staff treat you like you're the only one there. Another great aspect is staff familiar with the product preferences of all area studios. This is a lifesaver when you're new to a studio and don't want to waste money on the wrong items. Also, there's a great toy corner for siblings while your dancer is being fitted for the perfect size. It's a great experience every time!
This was the first time I came this store and I wish I never have been here. When we came in, I told one of the sales that we wanted to buy a pair of ballet shoes for my daughter. The sales was helping others trying on the shoes and said she would be right back on us. I just waited there for about 30 minutes watching her helping another kid with the sizes of shoes. What we wanted was that she can grab a pair of shoes from inventory so we can try by ourselves. I saw she helped two customers at the same time and thought she can find help us when one of the girls finished. No we still just stood there and waited. Eventually she started to help us but she was very cold and impatient with us compared to the last customer. I was very disappointed and felt hurt. Even my daughter who was nine years old felt the same and said this sales was not friendly to us. Usually I don't write reviews but this time I think I should.
Just bought my daughter her 3rd pair of pointe shoes. Her first pair we shopped elsewhere and the experiences were like night and day. At Arena, each time they made us feel we weren’t rushed, they never encourage my daughter to get shoes she is not comfortable with. Such a great experience.
Kind and informative staff. They offer discounts if your child dances locally. They also have great regular sales. A little difficult for me to find with route 33 being so dark at night, but parking is great.

Shoes are good prices but apparel can be pricey. No refunds only store credit for shoes, disappointed since I was told to pay upfront for ordered shoes.
