Andy is truly an amazing human being. In time of need, he was available for me last minute and showed for court the very next morning. His expertise, candor and authenticity is second to none. Arena law offices accommodated my legal matter very promptly, personably, and professionally. When I first made contact I left a voicemail. When she called back she was very nice. She asked what my legal matter was and I explained it to her. She listened intently and made sure the information I relayed to her was accurate before she passed it along to the attorney. Attorney Arenas gave me a call and I explained the legal matter to him. Regardless of the less than 48 hour notice Attorney Arenas represented me driving all the way from Sheboygan from his son's golf tournament and victoriously handled my case in about 8 minutes courtroom time. I cannot thank him enough for not only being a wonderful attorney but also a person who treats others humane above and beyond him being a representative for your legal matters. His office also gave me a call after court to see how everything went and how I was. I was so thankful she called it made me feel someone cared. Thank you attorney Arenas and law offices. Extremely helpful, informative, and personable. I have never considered legal action against anyone and when I called I knew I made the right choice with arena. They were able to provide pricing and different avenues to consider for my problem. I would highly recommend anyone considering legal action to use this firm. The amount of anxiety I had before the call was dramatically reduced.

The women who screens their calls is beyond rude. She insulted me multiple times. After several attempts to politely tell her I wasn't interested in their service. She continued to ask me questions anyway and then mocked me. I pointed out her rudness, and she hung up. Reply to owner response. You really shouldn't be allowed to be in business. You sharing my personal information is unethical if not illegal. You're proving you have poor service and manners. All your replies to reviews are condescending. Just like you were on the phone. Your giving out FALSE personal information. The 30 minute "councling session" was because you wouldn't stop. Trying to sell me on your business while insulting me. She wouldn't let me off the phone because I said a pro bono lawyer was already looking into my case. She knew that meant it had potential. She tried to shame me for the audacity to ask a lawyer to work for free. I DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO IT PRO BONO. That was how that office handled their cases. I said I'd call back if the first fell through, didnt stop. That's when I told her I was trying to take care of my child which it is extremely invasive she told the internet my parental status . She just kept asking questions until I finally told her the way she was talking to me was out of line, and Ive been trying to get off the phone politely. Also, just like on the phone, you're still asking for information to possibly take the case. Will you give that personal information to anyone on google too? Also, reflection and the examen? Really lady? Hope you can look inward and find some personal growth. She kept bringing God into her sales pitch. What a shame you using God's name and the faith.

Andrew is a very thorough and knowledgeable gentleman who helped resolve a complicated traffic citation. I wouldn't recommend talking to the lady at all though - just go straight to Andrew who is absolutely fantastic.

I would never call this firm again!!!!! The person that takes their calls and gather your information is beyond RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! How dare she speak to me in that manner when I’m trying to give the firm business!Like literally scolded me as if i was her child…Disgusting!

Awful customer service. EDIT 11/12/2023: In response to the owner; as many others have stated, the receptionist was insanely rude. Additionally, she said that your firm was incapable of filing a simple promissory note and lien. Which is actually funny because on your website you have an entire section claiming you deal with real estate transactions. So either she was painfully unaware of your services, or your firm is a joke. Probably both. You could just hire a Pilipino virtual assistant for way less and they would do a much better job. If she personally gives me a call and apologizes I will remove the 1 star. I'm sure that type of woman would have such a tough time doing that so I am definitely not expecting that ever, so I'll just keep telling people to avoid Arena Law Offices in the meantime.
