Nathan W. was professional, and friendly. More importantly, he was very thorough by asking plenty of questions about the pest problems we had going on in our home. On that same note, he explained everything he was going to do, the chemicals he used, which are pet, plants, and people friendly and what to expect after the spray. We were reassured that we could call him if we needed anything post spray. The price is fair, and there are no contract tactics, which I love. It makes me want to use them solely because I don’t feel pressured to do a contract. I am so happy to have found this company and will continue to use them for any pest needs in the future.

Nathan was punctual, professional and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable using his products around my family. Family owned company. He will NOT try to sell you on services you don’t need. You will be happy you called them to take care of the pests in your home!

The representative was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and very informative. He took time to listen to my concerns. Answered all my questions in detail. He did not find any signs of pest neither in the attic, living space nor perimeter of my house. Based on this he did not charge me a fee. I felt relief from my nervousness about my home after he left. I would definitely recommend to anyone who asked. And I would definately use argon pest control again. Thank you very much!

Antiquated payment setups. I purchased a daycare at the beginning of the year. We need serving once a month. He didnt want payment sent directly to him. He wanted it sent to my center first... which was a hassle as I'm not local. Long story short, he didnt service the center for 2 months because he didnt get payment prior to the service which was odd. He said he would have to charge over $400 to spray since he missed 2 months. I hung up and called another company. They came out and did a first spray for $70. And a monthly spray for $38. This company has over 70 ratings on thumbtack and 5 stars. I'm glad I stopped using Argon. He was over $100 a month!!!! And the new company has automatic online payments instead of me having to send a paper check through the mail smh.

Update: We had been using these guys since we moved to Vegas over a year ago, however when we moved in town to a new place seemed i could never get a hold of them. He did do a good job when he came out, but trying to get ahold of him was like pulling teeth. I'm not taking back anything I said in the previous post, because at the time it was all true. Just disappoint in the communication process with Nathan. Love love love them! Nathan comes out and does an amazing job inside and out! He talks to you and treats you like a friends or family and not just a number in the book! Plus side, "no bugs!!" I live with the back of our house on a empty lot, so no bugs makes me extremely happy!!

I've used Argon twice now and been impressed with the friendly tech and quick service. The spray has been very effective at keeping the bugs away for months. I will definitely continue to use them.
