Argyle Associates Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Orleans

A really well known and popular dental surgery office. Administrative staff very kind and supportive. (Which is very refreshing in the medical industry) It was disappointing how far behind schedule they are. Wisdom teeth removal for a family member. Another family member had Grafting done. Two other family members also had surgical procedures completed here. All went well. It's the lengthy waiting and clearly scheduling too many appointments. Still waiting and already 45 minutes behind schedule. Makes it complicated when we have work and school schedules...so 3 stars, max. 5 stars on the actual procedures, though the surgeon assistants are tough... So it balances to a 4 star. #localguide

A shout out to Dr. Lee and his staff, Mary, Molly and Moe a fantastic team of professionals at the Orleans Argyle Associates Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery .. From the consultation in the Kanata office with Dr. Lee and the receptionists Jamie & Annette, we had a great experience in Dental and we thank you all very much.. A series of extreme extractions and dentures inserted let alone a patient in high anxiety. You have given my husband a beautiful and very happy smile.. I had all my teeth removed and the staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. It was very easy to talk with my dental surgeon Dr. Lee and I would recommend these surgeon's no matter what you need done.

Excellent service provided by qualified, caring and attentive staff. Great attention to detail explaining the procedure and aftercare. Follow up phone call for any questions and concerns. Very professional.

I don't know why this place doesn't have a better rating. They are superb at what they do, they are efficient and clean. The office looks spectacular, very modern and organized. Staff were extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Rebecca was the lady who helped my daughter at the end when everything was done and she was very sweet. She gave is extra supplies before we left to ensure we don't run short and was just pleasant dealing with. The office calls you the next day to ensure everything went ok and that you're not running into any issues that may need attention. Only thing I would have changed was the pain killer. Tylenol 3 doesn't do anything for 4 wisdom teeth being pulled. My daughter definitely needed something with a stronger kick. Thank you Argyle Associates for an A level experience. All the best!
