Terrible customer service experience when dealing with the support team from their call center.
Would really like to shop here but the reviews are scary! The other branch in Atlanta area doesn’t have good reviews either. What’s going on with Arhaus ? Or is it just with the ones in the Atlanta area ?

Super helpful staff, great online answering service, too. RAY was very helpful in my sofa purchase and made the trip easy and worth it. Will be back!
Went to the Phipps plaza location looking for a dining room table and NO ONE acknowledged me or my mother. No hello. No may I assist you! Nothing. Perhaps they felt we wouldn’t buy anything. Maybe it was because we are African American. Either way...I will take my Amex somewhere else. Stay away from this rude store!
